Decent place to stay for a night or two. Clean, nicely renovated and has all the basics. There are 2 main areas for improvement. First the front door has no deadbolt. Just a very insecure feeling door handle with a built in lock. There 100% needs to be a deadbolt added. Also the bed makes a lot of noise even with the slightest movements. This was really annoying and caused my friend and I some stress when moving, even slightly, during the night. I also think it’s worth nothing that there are no windows. Aside from those things this is a good, affordable, no frills place to stay. I wouldn’t stay for more than a night or two but for that purpose it is good.

It's important to note that this is a tiny little studio. That is very properly disclosed so this is just me noting it for those who did not pick up on that. But this is a very small property. Check-in was a little confusing with the code because I could not figure out the lockbox but thankfully, the landlord was on property and she helped me figure it out. It was harder to get in touch via chat with the host though. It would be hours before I would hear back. We stayed here after we moved out of our apartment in the interim between the next apartment complex lease starting in South Florida and it was sufficient if you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep. However, the bed is not comfortable, the top bunk is literally inches away from the roof so you have to be mindful of that. There is basically no space to eat or work remotely if you were expecting to work from home. This is solely for people who are in town to be out and about in Tampa and just need a place to sleep for one or two guests

My stay was ok. The host in my opinion need to update the information about how comfortable it can sleep 3. The bed is made to poorly to for it to be a true statement.
