We really enjoyed our stay for two nights. The price is absolutely right for what you get. Everything is like brand new. We were staying there for two days before we ported a ship to go on a cruise and it worked out perfect the only thing that I would improve on is communicating that the door locks when you exit and sometimes it can take a minute or two for that to happen host is easy to reach and get communication back promptly.

The property was very clean, and the check-in/check out process was straight-forward. I would just be careful if you can't handle loud noise, as the property sits right next to the street (Tampa traffic is quite loud). Otherwise, a perfectly good booking for anyone!

This pet friendly option was perfect for two and our small dog. No frills, but extremely clean and comfortable. They had a couple days supply of coffee to get us started and plenty of kitchen supplies: cups, plates, bowls and utensils. The bathroom was also well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. The owner communicated timely with excellent instructions. We will definitely book again if we need a pet friendly place in Tampa.
