The Westcliff is an amazing modern, executive home! Contemporary flare, this newly remolded stay is perfect for bleisure with great wifi or going to the Texas Motor Speedway to see a great NASCAR race. Kitchen: Large area with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils/plates/bowls/cups to cook a gourmet meal. Full size: refrigerator/freezer oven/stove, and dishwasher. K-Cup Coffee maker and toaster.

Dining area: 6 person table with tall comfortable chairs. A great area to sit and work or enjoy a delicious family time meal. Sitting area in window for relaxing and reading

Living area: Spacious open concept with Roku TV (you need to sign into your tv app account); Workspace with chrome book and free wifi - lifting standing desk (various-desk)

Bedroom 1: Cozy, queen bed, dresser, and closet. Double bed futon

Master Bedroom (2): Bright, spacious and outward facing room, furnished with queen bed and a fully equipped modern full bathroom. Roku TV



Bedroom 3: Joyful 2 twins beds, closet

Hall Bathroom: Shower/tub, sink, toilet House is on a private septic system. This means the drains maybe slow in sink and toilets and do not flush anything except for regular toilet paper down the toilet- no flushable wipes or sanitary napkins)

Whole home: Smart home auto-temperature regulation.. Smart home key pad lock on front door.

There is laundry faculties available on property (must provide your own laundry detergent..etc)

Amenities: We provide clean linens for the beds, clean towels in the hall closet, toilet paper, sample shampoo/conditioner and soap in the bathrooms.

Clean up after yourself in backyard. Do not leave trash please.

There is a charcoal grill- must provide your own charcoal

Parking is available in the driveway. Do not park or drive on the grass. Damage to our landscaping will be reported to AirBNB Coverage/Security Deposit.

Ants/Bugs are a common problem in Texas. We have professional pest control however, we cannot control the weather or minor pest activity in between cleanings.
