FEMALE GUESTS: This stylish place is close to everything in downtown Indy. Perfect for traveling nurses, professionals, college moms, and interns. Studio living area is separate from the super comfy bed. You have a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, storage space, and a mini bar to sit at. You have access to our kitchen and other gorgeous common areas on the first floor 24/7 in this 1903 mini-mansion that you can call your home. Our niche is professional women who want safety and peace. Our security system is top notch and we are known for great hospitality.

Free convenient and private parking is right at our completely renovated space near downtown. You can take a quick Uber, or the Red Line Bus is within steps. It's also a quick Uber ride to the airport.

Our team is known for exceptional hospitality!

We go out of our way to make you comfortable with lots of extras that you don't get at other AirBnbs. We run a clean establishment that is drug and smoke-free, so if you are looking for a place to party, this isn't the place for you.

This is a single-person occupancy. You can also pre-order salads and breakfast bags. We do provide toiletries, and some light snacks (and plenty of coffee). You also have a bathroom with a shower, toilet, mirror and vanity. You share a bathroom with one other female guest when that room is booked-it’s very private and out of the way of noise on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is right outside your door and is shared with one other guest in the Solitude Room (when that room is booked). We provide you with your own towels, bathmat, lysol spray and clorox wipes.

You get all the free coffee and water you can handle (Did we say coffee?:), plus one of the most beautiful interior environments in Indianapolis. We would love to have you as our guest!
