The perfect beach getaway. Come and enjoy the tranquility of this family-friendly suite near the beach. With a large open common area that offers a contemporary design, which everyone in the family will find relaxing. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room will ensure a comfortable rest. The kitchen is large and fully stocked making it easy to cook your favorite meal. But, if you would rather dine out, there are restaurants close by, and the beach is a very short walk.
No smoking on the property. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.
Parties
No loud parties or music allowed 24/7.
Pets
Your dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of two dogs. A pet fee of $20 will be added to your bill. NO DANGEROUS BREEDS.
Outside visitors
No outside visitors, please. Only registered guests are allowed on property.

Please, no shoes on the carpet. You can leave shoes at the front or back doors.

Overall Good Stay

Small apartment perfect for 2-3 people. This is a small cozy place within steps of the beach. The check-in/check out process could be smoother. With no check out instructions provided it’s no wonder that they are unable to accommodate early checkin around 11am-12pm like other properties. That was the only inconvenience for people like us who are coming in off a flight and relaying on scheduling of an Uber/Taxi/Lyft.

Beautiful location with a great host

Our stay was perfect! The place was very clean, updated, the beds were very comfortable, and Nicholas was a great communicator throughout the whole process. Check in and check out process was a breeze. It’s also very close to the beach, and only a mile from John’s Pass- such a great location! I would absolutely stay here again!

Beach gem

This was the perfect little beach gem! Directly across from the beach (you could even see a little water) with a few bar/restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were available. The unit was n the second floor and has been updated. The bed (mattress/bedding/pillows) felt like you were sleeping on air. Soooooo comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! The best part was that it was just a quick walk to the nearest beach access point. The place was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be coming back!
