Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home. Free parking is available in the driveway.

The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be physically present during the reservation.

Our home offers keyless entry with a Smart Lock and Keypad. You can use the code we send you to unlock the door with a keypad (access will only be granted for the dates of the reservation and will expire upon checkout at 10:00 am).

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to many great restaurants, state parks, and a marina. Two minute drive to the beach.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests bring a car or rent a car for exploring the area.

Other Things to Note:
**Pets - Must be approved by the host. One pet per reservation. We charge a $50 pet fee per stay. Generally, dogs under 40 lbs are permissible.**

We provide guests with a digital guestbook upon booking that should provide you with suggestions of things to do in the area and details about the property.
