Worst Stay EVER!!!!

The place was dirty, the couch was torn apart and left in the family room. The address is not correct, the property manager would not respond to any calls until late in the evening. We switched units it was so bad I had to move the couch out. The next day he tried telling us we needed to move back to the dirty unit that i just moved the couch from. After telling him we called the call the police he finally let the issue go!! Never Staying at this place again....VRBO needs to remove these unit from its listings.

Moab Trip

The property was spotless and clean and easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. It was close enough to Moab within 5 minutes but not in the center and all its business. We did have some issues with in the home and reached out to our contact for help. They responded that they would be out to fix those issues but they never showed up. Kitchen is bare necessities of cookware and if you enjoy cooking definitely no spices in the place pretty sterile. For the cost I would have expected a bit more coziness and the sweet little things that most hosts do to make you feel welcome. As for Moab it is always special. Not getting our issues addressed was the downfall of this place.

UTV trip

Accommodations were great for SxS trip. Great parking with trailer. Electronic door lock batteries were weak and had challenge getting in. I replaced the batteries and solved the problem. I was promptly reimbursed for the batteries. Would definitely stay here again.
