We loved staying in this tiny home. It had everything we needed and was perfect for both Moab and Arches. It was nice to come back after a day of hiking to a quiet and peaceful place. Highly recommend!
This tiny house makes an ideal affordable basecamp for all Moab adventures! My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend, and enjoyed the location close to town, Arches, and Canyonlands. Clean and well equipped, we would happily stay again!
This home was perfect for our visit to Moab! The location is convenient to explore the town and and all of the natural wonders. The home was clean and comfortable! Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful.
Enjoyable place to stay and experience a tiny home
A nice cozy place to stay. We brought electric scooters and were able to easily ride (mostly on trails) to both the central part of Moab and then on to the Colorado River trail. The location was quiet and we had no problems.
Myself, my son & daughter in law here. We loved it. Perfect little home. Everything we needed. The location was ideal.
Would love to come back some day.
My adult son and I were on a 'grand' tour of our Western National Parks. We had a 2 night stop over in Moab as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. This home was perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out and repack our gear (we were doing a mix of camping on our journey). The kitchen was well equipped for me to fix a meal, but there are also restaurants nearby so we could and did eat out. Not too far from the parks, but not SO close as to be in the hub bub and traffic of 'downtown'. Perfect spot for us. Thanks for a great stay!
We took our 80 year old mother on trip to the mighty 5 in Utah with 2 nights spent in Moab. We loved our tiny house so much we want one of our own there! My husband and I stayed in the loft and were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the mattress was! We did have to scoot around as the ceiling is low but it was fine. We liked how close we were to town and the parks. My only complaint was there was no coffee. We would definitely stay there again
This was absolutely perfect for our family. The kids has somewhere to hangout, out of the main space. Enough parking for our truck sxs and trailer. All the kitchen implements needed to prepare simple food, coffee and toast. We loved it. Quick answers from management. Overall excellent. It was also quiet. Glad we werent on the busy, loud main drag here. Perfect.
This rental was perfect for my wife and I. Well laid out. Tons of storage for clothes and gear. We locked our bikes in the garden shed (with our own lock). The upstairs sleeping area would be great for kids or flexible adults. My 67 year old back and knees would probably complain.
We would stay here again.
This model home was 5 stars in every way. Clean, well furnished, and looked exactly as pictured on VRBO. The location was perfect for us; close to downtown Moab but away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. Owner communication was outstanding; for example, we first learned about the timed entry at Arches National Park from the owners. Large yard and front porch. We didn't use the loft but it would be great for families with children.
The property is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for a two-night stay while visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. Wish we’d had more time to just hang out and enjoy the comfy seats on the front porch! We did not use the sofa bed, so can’t comment on it. But the beds in the loft and bedroom were very comfortable. The owners communicated everything well, so check in and check out were easy. I would highly recommend this property over a motel/hotel stay in Moab. It’s less expensive, fewer people, and with more space like home.
From the start it was great. The property was awesome. No surprises. We did have trouble with the TV in the front room, but Sharon was right there and got it done. Thanks Sharon. We are already planning our next trip to Moab and hopefully can stay longer next time. So you will be seeing us again! So to everyone out there if you are looking for a place this is it!
Great place and location. We appreciate the cleanliness of the place, the exterior, and just everything overall. Communication with owner was great and fast. Location is just outside of busy downtown area but still close enough to whatever we needed to get to. We went to Arches and Canyonlands during our stay and close to both. 10-15 mins to Arches and 30-40 to Canyonlands.
The kitchen has decent and sufficient amount of cookware as well as plates, bowls, spoons, etc. Only thing is there is just salt and pepper and thats pretty much it, so if you like to cook (like we do) make sure to bring what you need. Bathroom was nice and clean.
The bedroom has couple extra blankets which were appreciated.
The only "negative" or really suggestion I'll say is, is that the description of the place should clarify that the washer and dryer are coin operated and in a building in the premise. It is listed as an amenity and we interpreted as included with place, so luckily had some cash with us on the night we arrived. Was a surprise to us. Other than that, we'd definitely stay again.
This is such a cute property. Lovely bright, clean modern interior and surprisingly spacious. Lots of storage space and perfect for a couple. It's in a great location so not too far to drive to Arches National Park, Canyon Lands etc, all of which we enjoyed exploring. There is a charcoal barbecue in the back yard. I think maybe a gas one would have been a lot more convenient and easy to use but nice to have one either way. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch at night listening to the crickets 😊. There was a little note left for me by the owners with two delicious cookies, a nice thought, thank you. Just one thing I would say, for people who love to cook ( my husband) having a virtually bare food cupboard other than salt, pepper, a bit of oil is difficult. We have stayed in a lot of rented houses over the last twenty years in USA and there has always been a good variety of basics for you to start from. These have usually been left by previous occupants so it's not costing the owner anything. Having said that I'm sure a lot of visitors will eat out and it's a great little house so don't let that put you off.
