Our tiny house was the perfect place to stay. Super clean and comfortable. Easy access to town, the Highway and the trails.
We will be telling all of our friends and family to stay here when visiting Moab.
Thanks for having such wonderful accommodations.
We had a great stay for three nights here. The house is cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. The location is great, just a little ways south of the main drag through Moab, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. The owners were great too in terms of communication--they gave me a heads up beforehand that I would need timed entry tickets to visit Arches NP, and they generously left cookies upon arrival along with their contact information if we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay here. Beds were comfortable. Shower was large enough and clean. Kitchen had cooking supplies. A/c and hearing worked. Quiet. Would recommend.
This place was perfect fit for our family. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The water pressure was amazing!! Our teenage son really enjoyed the loft space and was sad to leave. We would highly recommend.
My husband and I enjoyed out stay at this well stocked tiny house. For a small house, it felt very roomy! The bed was super comfy, there was a nice table for us to eat at, and the couch & chair comfortable for watching TV, if needed. It was very close to downtown, just a few blocks off the main drag. They owners were responsive. I highly recommend this property for a reasonable alternative to the expensive Moab hotels!
OK, first off I have to give a nod to the cookies they left for us when we arrived…Best cookies ever! Seriously though, this tiny home was fantastic. It was clean and the beds were soooo comfortable! The loft upstairs was fantastic for our teenager. Cute little table and chairs on the deck that we used constantly. Not one single complaint. Loved our stay here!
Not fancy, but fine for one or two people. Comfortable mattress and nice sheets & towels. Roomy shower. Ample space on the front porch but very small living room.
Our stay at the “tiny” house was great. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood on the East end of Moab. You do have yo drive into town, but parking in May was no issue at all. It was great to come back to be able to relax on the porch or enjoy the air conditioning. We did not need to use anything, but the kitchen is fully stocked including some oils and spices for cooking. The downstairs is plenty spacious with a room with both a king sized bed and the living room couch has a hide away bed as well. Upstairs is a little tricky to get around, but it has all you need for sleeping and relaxing including a large bed, futon, and television. We loved spending time at this retreat after hiking in the 90 degrees heat!
We had a really great stay. This cute tiny house was perfect for me and my husband. It was quiet but still close to all the amenities of Moab. It. However it could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty as I found out walking barefoot.
We had a wonderful experience. The house was perfect and just as described. We did not have any issues. We had everything we needed. The house is in a great location for a stay in Moab. I 100% recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Liked: Communication
Communication was great, and they left a nice welcome treat of cookies. The beds were comfortable. My main reason for booking was to be off the main road/in a quiet area. It was fairly quiet, the location it’s in is more industrial with a mix of trailer homes and RVs. The unit itself has quite a bit of wear and tear, it looks better in the photos. The bathroom was dirty, and when going to use the teapot, I discovered it had a layer of slime in it. We only had 2 people in our party, and there was not enough hot water for 2 showers. For the premium price that was charged, I would look elsewhere.
This little home had just what we needed. I liked the location in town, in an area away from all the hotels and more touristy spots. The house is small and I believe a mobile unit so not very well made. I felt the house shake many times which made me nervous. But again it had all we needed for our two night stay in Moab. Owners left a very nice note and cookies.
This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to stay at a couple nights while we explored what Moab has to offer. Hosts left us a friendly, kind note inside. Didn’t have a ton of communication with them due to it being a short stay and everything we needed was already inside. Great location and clean, what more do you need.
This property in Moab, UT was exactly what I expected and perfect for our family stay. It is very close to the main strip in town and other attractions, was clean, easy to park my trailer/off road machine and truck. The best part is that it was quiet, easy to sleep and all other neighbors were very friendly.
The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there and my kids loved the loft. Make sure to bring plenty quarters if you’re going to do laundry.
