Brand New Gorgeous park model home. Home has 1 bedroom with King bed, Loft with king bed and full size futon, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, 3 Vizio smart tv's with netflix and Amazon Prime available, Direct TV, Central air and heating, charcoal grill and picnic table. Loft is 48" tall. These units are stunning. Property has vending and coin operated laundromat on premises. Pack Creek runs directly through our property. Parking for 1 vehicle only on premises. Great place to stay!

My wife and I rented this property for 4 days. It is perfect for a quick trip! Sharon was super helpful when it came time to park my 26’ Jeep trailer. We will definitely be back!

The edge of the Desert is just as the VRBO owner pictures and descriptions indicate.

We stayed for 3 nights as we saw the sights around Moab. Our tiny home was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. It is very easy access to Arches and Canyonland national park and the activities of Moab. It is also a very peaceful and quiet place to sit on the porch and enjoy the end of the day.

Each home has at least 1 parking spot; most have 3 parking spots directly in front of the home. We can accommodate trailer parking.
