Solano Vallejo has an outdoor seasonal pool that you can use as much as you would like. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware and soap are all included in your stay, so feel free to pack light!
You also get your own one car garage, which is perfect for storing bikes or any other outdoor toys that you’ll be using during your stay.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

The condo/townhouse was fantastic!! Very clean, very accommodating, and very quiet. We were there to visit Arches and Canyonlands National parks. The location was perfect for our trip!
This was a great stay! There was plenty of room for all of us and the rooms and beds were comfortable! It was nice to have all the amenities of home! We hope to be back!
Went to Moab for a golf weekend and the stay was great! Had a great time at the pool and the property was nice and clean and cool. I will be sure to recommend it to my friends.
Received several emails before the day that were very helpful and made the check-in process very easy. Neighborhood was good and quiet away from the downtown area busyness. Plenty of room to spread out after long days of travel.
We have 8 people in our family and this was a great place to stay for a night while visiting Arches. It was cheaper than hotel rooms that could fit all of us and we got multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and it was clean and comfortable.

Excellent 3 bedroom condo in quiet residential area. All beds were comfortable and big enough for 6 foot tall adults. Great communication and well stocked kitchen.
We were very glad we stayed here.
We enjoyed our stay here for all our Canyonlands and Arches adventures. The kids liked the pool though there weren't any lights at night on the pool deck. We cooked in dinner each night and that was fine for the most part but there weren't any seasonings beyond salt and pepper. Considering we flew in, we didn't want to buy any extras. Something to keep in mind for those future guests. Overall clean and comfy though definitely tighter in the common areas.
We were a group of 3 couples and we enjoyed the stay there. Few things that made it challenging - both kitchen and bathrooms are strictly one person areas, too small for more than one. And the dining room was very snug for 6 adults but we were glad to have 6 seats. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would’ve liked extra towels. A deep clean to get cobwebs and railing dirt is needed, but bathrooms, kitchen and living room were clean. Nice to have a garage for storing jeep tops and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient extra parking spots.
Great price and convenient for Moab-area activities.The smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom was removed. We found it on the floor in the downstairs closet.
The condo was clean but not adequately stocked; however we did encounter ants. We would have appreciated a book with instructions to the tv remote and cleaning process. I would not recommend this condo. It’s really small and crowded.
When we arrived, we had to wait for the desk to open because it appears they only work part time. The house we stayed in wasn't located at the property, so it was a little difficult to find. The garage door worked sometimes, but not always, because the lights at the bottom of the door needed alignment. The second garage door didn't work at all. The door on the microwave was broken also.
We spent 6 nights at this condo. We were very pleased, the condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast (we did not cook any meals). Very quiet neighborhood, the outdoors of the condo complex are very well taken care of. We did not use the pool. Good location to the various sites we visited (Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse State Park, Castle Valley, Moonflower Canyon and Kane Creek Road). Nice neighborhood to walk, follow Westwater Drive to the end and you have a nice view of the green Moab Valley and surrounding mountains. Almost at the top are some nice petroglyphs. It was just a few miles to downtown. Our favorite place was Rooted Vine, great offering of wine and small bites (all five star reviews). We tried to go to the Desert Bistro but could not get a reservation. Tom was very responsive when we had trouble turning on the TV (written instructions would have been helpful). He sent someone that same day and problem was fixed (one particular button had to be pushed to make it work). We would be happy to stay at this condo again in the future.
