Having a fenced in yard with my corgis was the best! The house was perfect for what we needed, clean, easy to access and communication was wonderful! I will definitely be back for a longer trip next time!
We loved staying in this tiny home. It had everything we needed and was perfect for both Moab and Arches. It was nice to come back after a day of hiking to a quiet and peaceful place. Highly recommend!
This tiny house makes an ideal affordable basecamp for all Moab adventures! My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend, and enjoyed the location close to town, Arches, and Canyonlands. Clean and well equipped, we would happily stay again!
This home was perfect for our visit to Moab! The location is convenient to explore the town and and all of the natural wonders. The home was clean and comfortable! Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful.
Enjoyable place to stay and experience a tiny home
A nice cozy place to stay. We brought electric scooters and were able to easily ride (mostly on trails) to both the central part of Moab and then on to the Colorado River trail. The location was quiet and we had no problems.
Myself, my son & daughter in law here. We loved it. Perfect little home. Everything we needed. The location was ideal.
Would love to come back some day.
Our family stayed here 2 nights when visiting national parks near Moab. It was very clean with everything we needed. There is an upstairs loft where our teens had their own space, perfect for families with kids or teens. It was extremely quiet and even had a fenced yard and picnic table, a great escape from the bustle of Moab. Only downside it is on the south side of town so we had to drive through Moab to get to the parks.
Perfect location and accommodation for a retired couple. We were able to regroup from hotel life with a home cooked meal in a clean accommodation. Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. Easy directions allowed us to locate in the evening in an unfamiliar area. Thanks again for use of your location on our adventure.

Our first visit to Moab.
The welcoming cookies were delicious and we absolutely loved the accommodations, much roomier than we anticipated... So much so that my wife and I would love to know more about this particular home. Please contact us with any information you are willing to share.
The areas around Moab were stunning and easily demand a return visit to see more.
This rental was perfect for my wife and I. Well laid out. Tons of storage for clothes and gear. We locked our bikes in the garden shed (with our own lock). The upstairs sleeping area would be great for kids or flexible adults. My 67 year old back and knees would probably complain.
We would stay here again.
We took our 80 year old mother on trip to the mighty 5 in Utah with 2 nights spent in Moab. We loved our tiny house so much we want one of our own there! My husband and I stayed in the loft and were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the mattress was! We did have to scoot around as the ceiling is low but it was fine. We liked how close we were to town and the parks. My only complaint was there was no coffee. We would definitely stay there again
This model home was 5 stars in every way. Clean, well furnished, and looked exactly as pictured on VRBO. The location was perfect for us; close to downtown Moab but away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. Owner communication was outstanding; for example, we first learned about the timed entry at Arches National Park from the owners. Large yard and front porch. We didn't use the loft but it would be great for families with children.
My adult son and I were on a 'grand' tour of our Western National Parks. We had a 2 night stop over in Moab as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. This home was perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out and repack our gear (we were doing a mix of camping on our journey). The kitchen was well equipped for me to fix a meal, but there are also restaurants nearby so we could and did eat out. Not too far from the parks, but not SO close as to be in the hub bub and traffic of 'downtown'. Perfect spot for us. Thanks for a great stay!

small and cozy
Everything was as listed in the description. Trailer was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Due to it´s a trailer it is small inside, but the 4 of us slept comfortably. The kids loved the loft. The trailer ist situated in a RV Park outside Moab, only a few minute´s drive. The RV Park is very quiet, a laundry is on site. Owner were very communicative and welcomed us with fresh cookies and actual information about things to do. Good deal for exploring Moab and the National Parks.
This was absolutely perfect for our family. The kids has somewhere to hangout, out of the main space. Enough parking for our truck sxs and trailer. All the kitchen implements needed to prepare simple food, coffee and toast. We loved it. Quick answers from management. Overall excellent. It was also quiet. Glad we werent on the busy, loud main drag here. Perfect.
The property is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for a two-night stay while visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. Wish we’d had more time to just hang out and enjoy the comfy seats on the front porch! We did not use the sofa bed, so can’t comment on it. But the beds in the loft and bedroom were very comfortable. The owners communicated everything well, so check in and check out were easy. I would highly recommend this property over a motel/hotel stay in Moab. It’s less expensive, fewer people, and with more space like home.
