The backyard and 2 outside showers are shared. The down stairs and other 2nd floor units can also be rented to create a large 9 bedroom house. Other units are rented under the same rules to create a family oriented property on a quiet family oriented street.

-The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) excluding families traveling with children. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom Groups, Senior Weeks, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.

-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government issues ID

-We do not accept pets at this location

-No off street parking, only free street parking

The unit was clean and beachy and was located in a wonderful area within walking distance to the ocean or bay. We also would've preferred a full stove instead of two electric burners. It included a smart TV however, there was no basic cable, requiring us to use our own accounts. It can use more electrical outlets, especially in the kitchen, where there's just one outlet. The bath mats need to be replaced as they were rather dirty. Overall, it was a positive experience and an adequate apartment for our vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute place

The property was very nice. It was a bit of a tight fit with 3 kids but we made it work. The 2 patios were a great way to catch the sea breeze and even had an ocean view. The kitchen was VERY small. It worked for carry out but i would never have been able to truly cook in it. The parking can also be challenging since there's no designated space for the upstairs units. Several nights we had to park a couple of blocks over and packing up was a true challenge. The bedrooms were both perfect and the bathroom is nicely done. The shower is to die for! It's a nice short walk to the beach which is paramount with kids.

It was great

Everything about the stay was amazing. The neighbors were very nice, the area was quiet, the location was great distance from beach if you’re driving. There isn’t an oven or stove which was a huge down for me since I wanted to prepare my own meals for my family, spent more money on food than expected.
