Salt Fire Common Wealth Level Crossing- Sleeps!

Salt Fire- Common Wealth-Bungalow, is located conveniently super close to I-80 and I-15. This area is known as "Brewery Row" due to its proximity to multiple popular breweries and distilleries. The on-ramp to the freeway is literally 1 min away! The entire place has been remodeled. Keyless entry. You have the entire upstairs level, nonshared space! The basement mother-in-law has its own entrance and is not shared with you. Pat's BBQ, is a couple of blocks away.

THE SPACE -

This is a newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath bungalow with brand new memory foam mattresses, and gorgeous highly functional kitchen space. Also, the living room has a couch you could sleep on. You have the entire upstairs level, nonshared space! The basement mother-in-law has its own entrance and is not shared with you. The basement unit could be occupied at the same time as your booking. Please be courteous of the quiet hours between 10 pm to 8 am.

Bedroom 1- Queen Memory Foam Firm Mattress, Small work desk area, small closet

Bedroom 2- Queen Memory Foam Firm Mattress, Closet with the rod.

Bathroom- located between the two bedrooms, non-functioning tub plug, for shower use.

Kitchen- granite, stainless appliances, large double sink, dishwasher. Small kitchen table that can sit up to 4.

Living room- Comfortable couch that could sleep on, smart tv with live tv and streaming options. Two leather chairs

Each room has luggage, please use the luggage racks to keep the comforters clean.

Xfinity X-1 system for internet with Super fast (300meg+ speed wifi when we tested it)

We have smart locks with unique codes provided to you when you book that will only work during your stay and which are logged in our security system.

Cameras on the exterior monitor guest count for safety and security.

We allow 1 dog(must be told if bringing) UPSTAIRS, for $25/per night per pet (Please note taxes are not included in this fee) additional fees are added to your booking through the resolution center. Your pet must be a ZERO IMPACT PET, meaning you will leave not sign a pet was there upon departure. It's agreeable that our housekeeper will not need to clean up hair or droppings. Please see house rules for complete pet rules as well.

GUEST ACCESS -

Entire top Floor Unit (basement has a private separate entrance and is an entirely separate space). You get the fully fenced backyard! You get off-street driveway parking too! you have the entire upstairs level, nonshared space! The basement mother-in-law has its own entrance and is not shared with you. The basement unit could be occupied at the same time as your booking.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -

We are right next to the freeway but there's a huge concrete wall and it is able to contain the noise really well, especially when inside you don't hear it much at all! Lots of free street parking (if you have a U-Haul or huge RV, you are good to park out front!

Our mountains have snow! Through most of the winter months, it is heavy snow and an amazing adventure


HOUSE RULES -

Reminder: If you are traveling with a pet, they are NOT ALLOWED ON CARPETED AREAS or on ANY FURNITURE. Your cleaning fee doesn't cover pet hair stuck in fibers of couches/rugs/carpets etc. Thanks for being awesome about this.

When you depart, there should be no signs left that a pet was in the unit. There is a broom, and vacuum provided.

The pet fee that is listed in our description is in place so that we can afford to have insurance that allows pets to come with our guests rather than paying for them to be boarded somewhere. This is not to cover additional cleanings etc. Please enter and exit with your pet on a leash to make sure it is able to be restrained if someone happens to be entering the other unit when you are exiting.

Animals should never be left alone in the home, without being in a crate. Remember, you are accepting all financial responsibility for any damage that is a result of your pet and you agree to compensate your host, outside the VRBO platform, if anything damage occurs that VRBO would not otherwise cover (pet damages are not covered under host protection)

LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless of whether their stay is overnight as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 6 doesn’t mean that all 6 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fees after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially

3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. They are motion activated. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the VRBO platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. We have a $250 Animal fee which will be added through the resolution center.

5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are after 10 pm.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full. 8) you agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.

8)Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

Place was clean. Fenced yard for our dog. Location house faces the freeway, however you do not hear road noise in the house. Bed was comfortable, pillows were hard. Glad we brought our own.

Common Wealth Area is up and coming! It's often referred to as Brewery Row since you can walk from the door of our place to several Breweries and Distilleries! The Common Wealth Room is close walking distance too and there are concerts held there! You are super close to the I-80 Entrance and I-15. Pat's BBQ, as featured on Travel Channel's "Man VS. Food" is also a couple of blocks away!

What makes this property unique

Several Nearby Bus routes and you can hop on the Lite Rail Train Called Trax. The S-Line stop is super close and you can walk to the pickup/drop-off point. It runs up to Sugarhouse Downtown!
