Located on Empire Avenue, just two blocks from Park City Mountain, this condo sleeps 2 guests. Catch the free city-wide shuttle across the street for a short ride to the lifts at Park City base area, Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, historic Main Street and many other popular attractions.
The bedroom has a nice, comfortable king bed and a full bathroom. There's a fully equipped kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, cable TV and DVD/VCR in living room and TV in the bedroom. The dining table seats 4 plus additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
The complex has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub that is open during summer/winter seasons, private men's and women's saunas, underground parking, a common area laundry and free wi-fi. For your comfort, a portable window AC unit is set up in the main suite in the summer. A meeting room is available for reunions and small group events. Moderate rating.
A guest registration e-sign document will be emailed to you 15 days prior to arrival. The guest must complete this form in order to receive the check-in information sent via email 5 days prior to arrival.
