C Building – Parking is just a few steps from the door which makes unloading and loading super easy! No fighting stairs or waiting for slow elevators on your vacation. The C building is furthest away from the beach but it’s a nice walk through the pools and you have a stunning view of the palms that you love!

Entertainment:
* Daily beach service is included - no need to worry with transporting beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day.
* Cushioned patio furniture with access from the living room as well as master bedroom.
* Being a ground unit, kids can blow bubbles, play football\soccer, etc on the grassy area as you step off our patio.
* The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy the grills that are only a few steps from the patio.
* Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room including the bunk area!
* All units have free wifi.

Sleeping Arrangements – We can comfortably sleep 8 in our unit with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the bunk area, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room.

Relaxation – Master bedroom has a HUGE tub along with a shower with sitting area. Our unit is stocked with a Margarita machine – mix your own concoctions to take to the beach or enjoy after a day in the sun! Keyless entry – no need to worry about keys during your stay.

Management – We operate and own our unit which means you have access to us should anything undesirable arise. We’ll do our very best to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible!

We offer the payment options including paying by check, major credit card, or the VRBO payment system for your convenience.

Wonderful condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. I liked the starter pack (trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher tablets) Every sink had a bottle of hand soap. The location of the condo is great for kids. We enjoyed the heated pool, and the kids loved the splash pad.

We loved our stay in C204 so much! The size was great, and the location was even better. With small kids, it was perfect to have the lawn out front-like having a front yard to play in! It was super clean and Richard was prompt in communicating whenever we had questions. We will be back!

Great for smaller children!

This condo was very clean and awesome for our 3 year old. Being on the ground floor with a grassy area was great for playing frisbee or catch. Parking is super convenient and Richard was easy to work with. All the kids loved the pool areas especially the zero entry and lily pad obstacle! Definitely would recommend this to others!

Week of fun

Had a great week at the resort. We had stayed there in a different condo a couple years ago and just had to come back. The pool area is great for my kids, they would rather be there than the beach most of the time. The condo wasn’t the cleanest and was starting to show its age. We bought a mop to clean the floors better and had to clean some of the pans that had been put away with caked on food. The owner is very responsive though and said he was going to pass our notes on for more training of the cleaning crew. My husband was also getting big bites that seemed to be happening overnight but we never saw anything. I also passed this info on to the owner and he was going to have someone check the condo for anything.

Family Vacation 2012

We had a wonderful time at Waterscape. This is a great condo. Very private, and close to the parking garage so your vehicle is right outside your door which makes it very easy to unpack and load or run back in if you forgot something. I slept in the master bedroom, but for the ones that slept in the spare bedroom, they found the parking garage to be noisy at night (car alarms going off mainly). For the price and convenience, this doesn't seem like a big deal, but again, I didn't sleep in that room. We've stayed at several condos in this area, and Waterscape has by far the greatest pools, lazy river, and beach access, especially if you have kids. We have a nine year old and he was entertained the entire time! Like I said, we've stayed in several condos in this area, and my only real complaint (which isn't really a complaint, more of a suggestion to the owner) is to add some more bowls with lids in the kitchen. We were constantly looking for and wrapping up and washing out the only bowl with a lid. Oh, and a cookie sheet would be nice too. : ) All in all, this is a great place to stay, and a great condo. I wish I was there now.

We’ve stayed at Waterscape before and loved the amenities with kids and the location of this condo so close to the kids area was wonderful. We had everything we needed and the condo was cleaned well. The only problem was the margarita machine being dirty when we arrived, but we were able to clean it up.

So easy, we showed up punched in the codes and we were in. Great place to stay with kids since located on bottom floor and right next to kiddie pool. It is a little far to the beach specially with kids and a grandparent. This property is a great location to restaurants and activities. Very thing is super close and easy to get to.

Nice Location

We loved being on the first floor. We could walk out the back patio straight to the pools, beach or the kids could play in the grass area. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

My husband and I first visited Waterscape in 2008. We loved this resort - the look, layout, and of course the white, sandy beaches. We love the amenities this resort offers us and our family. Our little girl loves the water slide in the wading pool. It's always a peaceful and fun stay for our entire family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We love the ability to walk right out onto the courtyard. Our little one loves to play on the courtyard while we relax on the patio furniture in the morning or the afternoons.
