Well maintained condo steps from the splash pad! The amenities were top notch. The beach was a short walk. Ground fooor is the only way to go!

My daughter and grandson and I had a lovely stay. We had a small issue with the pool wrist bands and reached out to the owner who was kind and quickly responsive. The condo was perfectly located for our needs with a three year old who loved the kiddie splash pad area closest to our unit. I would recommend this condo for two couples or a small family. We had a great trip!

This was our second year of staying in the exact room. Love the location! Plenty of towels. Only thing I would suggest is maybe replacing some of the cooking pans. They are getting very worn. And maybe getting rid of the snakes by the pool. Seen 3. They freak me out but won’t stop me from coming back.

Condo was very clean! Great location! We absolutely loved being on the ground floor having kids! The host was kind, personable and very responsive! We even had trouble when we got there with the door code and he answered his phone within the first few rings! My family would highly recommend this condo and host! We would definitely book again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time here. Pools were amazing! Beach service was great! Love how they spread the chairs out so you’re not on top of other families. The rooms were perfect and location of this room is A+++. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect location!

We love Waterscape resort having a ground floor with easy pool access was super convenient with little kids. Richard was prompt in communicating everything we needed to have a stress free vacation.

We have stayed at waterscape twice and theirs took was amazing. Right on the ground floor so the kids had an area to play and throw ball. Richard was fantastic and helped us with any questions we had!

Wonderful condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. I liked the starter pack (trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher tablets) Every sink had a bottle of hand soap. The location of the condo is great for kids. We enjoyed the heated pool, and the kids loved the splash pad.
