Studio apt on the 3rd floor, close to
the beach, Venice, Santa Monica
pier, Marina del Rey, Malibu, 405
fwy, 10 fwy, Downtown, Hollywood.
etc. The apt is good for couples,
solo adventurers, business
travelers, and families.

The space
A corner apartment in a 3 story
building. There is a full kitchen and
bath; while it is not a modern
Kitchen but it all works and I have
never had problems. There is
always a fresh ocean breeze, but it
can get chilly at night so extra
blankets and an electric heater are
available. It is very cozy and clean;
a peaceful place you will love to
stay.
There is a office desk and chair for
you work from home, also fast
speed internet
Guest access
There is a laundry room on the first
floor.
