It's another fun year in New Orleans! Even when there is nothing to do, there is ALWAYS something to do!

You have your own private entrance and no indoor common areas. The private hot tub is drained and cleaned between guests. We want you to be safe and healthy for your visit to New Orleans. The owner is on property at all times.

This is a LEGAL Guesthouse permitted & inspected by the city of New Orleans. We are located at 1526 Pauger St. at the end of Bourbon St. in the Faubourg Marigny. A private entrance to the Little Eazy, makes you feel like you are in your very own home. We provide the perfect casual cottage. It has two separate sleeping areas and a private bathroom with walk in shower. There is a couch in the living room which pulls out for another full size bed. Kitchen, living room, cable TV, radio, a private phone and wireless Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. We provide coffee, and tea. You can relax and read a book in the privacy of the back patio with hot tub and furniture. We also have a front yard with a swing that you can enjoy while watching the carriages make their way back to the stables. Permit parking is available at no extra charge while staying at the Little Eazy. Please check the availability calendar as we only have one cottage and when it books that is all I have to offer you. WE DO HAVE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM....

Music & Relaxing: The Little Eazy is located in a residential neighborhood just outside the French Quarter. We are located 3 blocks from the French Quarter and 3 blocks from Frenchman St.. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood, It is a quiet neighborhood as compared to the French Quarter. The Little Eazy guests like it because the cottage is comfortable, like being at home, yet close enough to any of the fun activities which New Orleans has to offer.

The cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage. Each bedroom has 1 full/queen size bed (one full and one queen). The couch in the living room folds out to a full size bed. It is comfortable for the maximum of 4 people, and we want you to be comfortable during your stay in New Orleans. Like many houses in New Orleans you need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom.

RATES- There is a nightly rate and then I charge extra ($25.00) per night for each extra person over 2. That is $25.00 per person. So 4 people would add $50.00 to the nightly rate. I do this because I cannot have 6 people staying in the cottage for one rate.

The property was very clean & colorful. Within walking distance of my favorite areas in New Orleans. The host Margaret was lovely and accommodating and gave us great directions to different areas. All the places that we could not walk to rides share had no issues finding the place. Will definitely return in the future.

Amazing Stay and Location

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Little Eazy Guesthouse. The location was prime for visiting Bourbon Street and Frenchmen. The cottage itself was a great landing spot after our day of site seeing. Margaret went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Clean, easy check in host very accessible if needed. Great neighborhood close to bars entertainment and food. Lots in walking distance also very quiet. Hope we get to stay again soon.

Great location and a wonderful quirky cottage. The owners were a great help in everything we needed. Some great neighborhood restaurants, stores and bars. Super close to Frenchmen Street and right at the end of Bourbon Street. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and have already recommended to friends.

Cozy cottage in New Orleans

We had a lovely long weekend in Little Eazy Guest House, which is ideally located in the Faubourg Marigny neighborhood. The house was clean, quiet and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Our wonderful hosts promptly responded to all our questions and provided great suggestions for local restaurants and music. The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially after our long walk back from City Park. We hope to visit NOLA again soon, and we highly recommend Little Eazy!

So comfortable

We came over halloween weekend for my momther and sisters birthdays. The cottage was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Margaret is a great host, informative and caring. My mother is disabled and has a hard time getting around but the location was percect for us to rent a scooter and adventure bourbon street and the french quarterfrom the house. I would definitely rent again!

Fantastic!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! My husband and I were able to spend our 10th Anniversary in walking distance from all of the major sites in New Orleans around the French Quarter. This house is so perfect and very clean and comfy. The private hot tub was wonderful and equally as clean. The owners are the nicest and most helpful people EVER. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we were with our stay and we will most certainly come back. If you are even considering this house, stop looking and book it now!

Cozy guesthouse in a great location

My husband and I and another couple stayed here over a long weekend for a friend's wedding. There is plenty of space for four people - so long as they all get along - and a lot of great outdoor seating areas. We loved the covered patio and hot tub, and definitely indulged in a soak or two. Most importantly, the location made it easy to get almost anywhere. We were a couple minutes walk from a bus stop and a short walk from the French Quarter. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and our hosts could not have been kinder. If we're ever back in New Orleans, we would stay here again in an instant.

Fun for the Whole Family

We spent Christmas at the Little E Cottage, and had a wonderful time. Cindy and Missy were there to greet us, gave us tips for local spots and walked us into town the first day. The Cottage is comfortable, with special touches and a darling private patio. The only thing you might miss is an oven, but with the food in New Orleans, even my chef husband took a break and let the professionals do their thing. Best House I have Ever Rented on VRBO!

Have rented over 20 homes in all over USA and this one was bar none the best!!! Owners-Margaret and Rick - Class all the way- AAA+++ ; home right at end of Bourbon Street so location to everything is awesome. In NOLA owners have to be present on property during your stay-- believe me these people are like family when you leave--you hate to have to leave them... Don't hesitate to rent this home, you will not be disappointed. They welcomed us for Thanksgiving dinner and Rick made the best Turkey Gumbo that we have ever had in our lives. Hats off and our sincere thanks to both Margaret & Rick- the classiest people ever in New Orleans!!!! Rating again- AAA+++ Just a great time, great home and great people......

The inside and outside of the house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host, Margaret, was a very kind, lovely, and informative lady. We really enjoyed the hot tub, there was not one day we didn't use it. The hot tub was very clean and well-kept and maintained. I would definitely say this cottage is family-friendly and also nice for a getaway with your partner. It is a perfectly located place to experience all of New Orleans and still be able to relax quietly in the evening.

Lovely, lovely & very cute!

Loved everything about it. Great location great food options within surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommend to stay to anyone no need to have a rental vehicle everything is within walking distance or Uber (less than 5min). Wonderful host! Very informative and helpful in all the attractions and local eating options. Beautiful city overall very cultured and artistic. Felt the comfort of privacy from day one even though she lives directly next-door. Wonderful hot tub option especially on the hottest days. Would highly recommend & most definitely would come back.
