Only 7 miles to Disney and 20 miles to Universal & SeaWorld. Less than 90 minutes to the beach for a day trip. New kitchen appliances (with air fryer) and everything you need to cook dinner for the entire family including a crockpot for while you out for the day. Roku’s & TV’s in every room including the game room.

We are retired owners from Upstate New York and enjoy the home to the fullest. We have 5 grandkids and frequently visit the home with all of them. We love to golf and invite many friends to join us. We welcome & invite guest from all over the world to share our experience. The home and community center offer all the amenities you need and more. You can just relax and stay home, enjoy the private pool & Community Center or visit the many attractions very close by. Our management company is always available and on site regularly should any issues arise.

What makes this property unique

Gated and safe community, very clean and well maintained. We love our corner lot for extra privacy and for when the sun sets.
