Welcome to our quaint country cottage overlooking the vineyards of wine country! Our recently renovated cottage provides modern day amenities with still maintaining the rustic, country feel. Relax in the hot tub and around the wine barrel fire pit on the back porch under the stars after a long day wine tasting in Paso Robles and Templeton. Sip wine on the patio while watching the sunset or if you are an early bird, sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise! Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our cottage sits atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, cows and grazing sheep. You will likely see many of our animal neighbors roaming around - deer, quail, blue jays, rabbits, and squirrels. The patio offers panoramic views of wine country.

The space features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, or families on a holiday vacation.

The entire property is available for your enjoyment. We offer self check-in.

We are located just 15-20 minutes from downtown Templeton, Paso Robles and Atascadero. We are also just minutes down the street from The Fableist, Still Waters Vineyards, and other award winning wineries.

The property does require a short drive down a dirt road and up a small hill to complete the country feel!

Our T.V. is hooked up to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Video or log in with your own credentials to your streaming services.

We have installed a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing around the propane fire pit.

NOTE: We have security cameras for your protection and that of the property when vacant that record both audio and video 24/7. There are three outside cameras: two at each corner of the front of the home, casting out at the driveway and entryway and one on the west corner at the back of the home, casting out across the back patio and these cameras record both audio and video 24/7. Any tampering with the security cameras is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

Very quiet vacation

Overall the property was very nice with property manager being very responsive. This place is quite a drive and is very secluded. Have to take dirt road to get to property and up a hill to get to drive way. Overall happy with our stay, house was clean but there were alot of bugs ( All we saw were dead), this is normal when centralized around agriculture but took a day or so to get used too.

House on the hill

My husband and I needed a relaxing get away after this past year and that is what we found in the house on the hill. Good idea to come during the daylight to be sure you get your directions correct. It is in a rural area where at night you can enjoy the sounds of nature and star gaze. It is only 15-20 from amenities and worth it. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the grill, watching movies, relaxing in the hot tub and sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the vineyards. The beds are very comfortable, and we loved the shower in the master bedroom. It was very hot during our visit but while we were inside it wasn't noticeable because of an efficient A/C unit. Great place to call home during your visit to enjoy all the central coast has to offer. If you visit Sensorio light show in Paso Robles a must.
