Located on 22nd Street about 6 blocks to the oceanfront and boardwalk, this home is an easy walk (about 10 minute walk) to beach attractions and nightlife with direct access to Interstate 264. This four bedroom home is available for month to month rental only.

This particular house is a four-bedroom with hand selected furnishings, hardwoods downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. Upon entering the home using the keyless entry door code given upon arrival, you will see a large, open-concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area. The comfortable, bright living room invites those to gather in front of a gas fireplace and large TV. The dining area, situated in the open concept space between the living room and kitchen, is great for additional seating and enjoying a home cooked meal together. This downstairs layout is perfect for dining, entertaining and cooking all at once! There is a powder room (half-bath) located on the first floor for your convenience as well.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with a vacuum, broom, iron, ironing board and laundry hamper, conveniently located on the second floor near the primary bedroom and the two queen bedrooms on this floor.

This house boasts four bedrooms which are dispersed among the second and third floors, all of which have ceiling fans for your comfort. The primary suite, located on the second floor, features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large closet. The primary bathroom features a large jacuzzi bathtub, a spacious shower and dual sinks. There is also large bathroom located in the second floor hallway for the two queen-sized bedrooms on this floor. The third floor features the twin bedroom (two twin beds) in a large loft space with a TV, perfect for the kiddos or a place to get away for some quiet time.

This house comes with a private driveway with a garage. The driveway can fit up to two vehicles. There is a quaint outdoor side patio, accessible from the first floor French doors, where you can lounge and enjoy some sunshine.

There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchens are equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals. Free WiFi in all houses.

In terms of location, our property is in the heart of Virginia Beach and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Sports Center, Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are walking distance as well. Golf courses, putt putt golf, ice cream shops, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby.
