Nice quiet getaway

A lovely well kept home. My family was very comfortable in this pretty, peaceful neighborhood. A lot of great stuff was in close proximity too, so it was easy driving to the oceanfront, to shopping, and for meals.

We came for a family get away! A beautiful house with lots of space. The kids loved it! Tons for them to do if it's raining outside! It was nice to have enough room for e everyone to relax and spend time together. The neighborhood felt safe. The house was very clean. The home owners are very easy to communicate with. Very Comfortable and Spacious

We used this property as a home base for our daughter's wedding in Virginia Beach and it was perfect. Plenty of room for our 7/8 guests and very comfortable accommodations. We were able to assemble gift bags and flower bouquets in the VERY large dining area with plenty of room to spare. It's close to the airport and shopping. There are some step downs in the main living area that you should note if there are elderly folks in your group. Great for kiddos - my grandson had a ball playing Mario games in the play area. I would definitely book this property again.

We stayed here for a long weekend with a large group and it was perfect! The house is exactly as pictured and was super clean. The layout is great for entertaining and all being together as a group. Kim was very friendly and responded quickly. The house is in a great location! Only 15 minutes to downtown Norfolk, 10 minutes to the boardwalk and touristy part of VA Beach, and 15 minutes to the airport. Can’t beat it! Highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. Thanks for a great stay kim!

A perfect Christmas

We had a fabulous time. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed! Jay and Kim were so helpful and the home had a beautiful Christmas tree which was such a nice touch when traveling over the holidays. The playroom is incredible. The yard and gazebo and pond were perfect for sunsets. Bedrooms are big and the kitchen, living room, and dining area are far enough away that baby could sleep while adults stayed up later. We will absolutely be back!!

Annual Warrior For Life Fund NSW Support Week

Each year family & friends travel from Boston to Virginia Beach to support the Warrior for Life Fund and Naval Special Warfare community. This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at Peaceful Paradise and we couldn’t be happier. The house is well kept, has everything we need, and is central to our activities in VB, Norfolk and the Ocean Front. PP is adjacent to Cypress Point Golf Club and we hosted a mini tournament with NSW members. Peaceful Paradise is the place for you if you like a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood that’s minutes away from area attractions.

Perfect house for a roadtrip

Id love to give this property 5 stars because honestly our trip was 5 stars but there were a few little hiccups we ran into with the house. There were also things listed in the rental agreement that were not listed in the original posting so it made our arrangements a little more complicated but still very doable with some adjusting. If recommend this vrbo to anyone i know traveling to VA Beach. The property manager or owner was very easy to talk to and answered all our issues timely.

What a Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The interior decor was amazing. So beautiful and comfortable, my family and I didn’t want to leave. They had everything you would need for your stay and more. The deck outback, and the landscaping, along with the lake was breathtaking. Our host Jay made us feel like we were part of the family. He even aloud us to check in a little earlier due to our early arrival in town. Though we were there only a short stay, We are definitely looking forward to our trip back in September, and will most definitely be staying at your property again. Thanks Jay, Your the Best!!

Wonderful plaxce to stay

We had a wonderful time with the contributions of this property. We were in the area for our 50+ Family Reunion and decided to stay over a few days to enjoy the area. We arrived at the rental on Sunday evening and had to contact property manager with a question. Our call was answered immediately. Upon entry into the property everything was just as promised. Quiet community, clean home, and everything we needed. We planned a seafood boil so I brought a big pot from home only to find one there. We were minutes away from the beach, fishing, shopping, and eateries. We had a great time touring all the area had to offer. On top of that we had plenty of room for our party of 10 to rest, gather together, and have time alone. Thanks Kim and Jay for a wonderful experience in VA Beach. We highly recommend this property!!
