Perfect for families: Spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bath house located in Lago Mar ~ minutes from Sandbridge Beach and Virginia Beach. Lago Mar is a beautiful neighborhood in Va. Beach. We are minutes away from great outdoor recreation and entertainment venues including Sandbridge Beach, Back Bay Wildlife, farms & vegetable stands, VA Marine Science Museum, & Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

**Please note you must be 25 or older to make a reservation on this property.

Our 2-story beautiful house has hardwood floors in the living and dining room, as well as granite countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms. The open floor plan offers plenty of seating for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, K cup coffeemaker, and a double oven. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the first floor. The sitting room has a pull-out sofa bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin/trundle combo and is the largest room with a sofa and TV. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has a queen and a private bathroom. Bedroom 6 is the master with a king.

There is a gas grill and patio table/chairs and sitting area located on the large deck. We have a volleyball net set up and a ping pong table in the garage. If you have any other questions about the house, feel free to ask!! Linens and towels are included. Bring your laptop, but don't plan on working too much, since high speed internet is included!

Great place to stay

The property is located in a neighborhood. Very nice and safe area to take a run . It was conveniently located halfway between the more commercial Virginia Beach area and quieter Sandbridge beach. We were there for a family wedding . We drove to most of our destinations within ten minutes. The house was well stocked and it was great having so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready simultaneously. The deck was lovely and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies , spices and condiments. Don’t bring mustard because there was plenty. It was great to have room to cook and gather to save money on meals out. Also everyone has plenty of space to decompress. Don’t bring beach supplies because they are all there along with some bikes! Convenient to shopping and any needs you can think of. We kept saying “Cheryl left us this and that “ pictures are completely accurate .

Great for a family gathering!

We had a group of 4 siblings and their families and this was perfect for all of us with ample room for personal space as well as great common areas! The house is very clean, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located as well, both for those interested in the beach (and those who aren't).

Amazing rental for a family vacation!!!

We stayed here for a yearly family vacation. This rental property was amazing and had more than enough room for 10 adults and 3 children. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and immediately addressed them.

Hello! We are a beach loving family of five who loves to travel! My husband and I are both educators and have three beautiful daughters. Our oldest is off to Virginia Tech in the fall and our younger girls are chasing their beach volleyball dreams.
