Welcome to our beautiful two-story home in the sought-after Lago Mar neighborhood, just minutes from Sandbridge Beach and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is ideal for families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy all that Virginia Beach has to offer.
Lago Mar is a charming, family-friendly neighborhood conveniently located near top outdoor attractions, including Back Bay Wildlife Refuge, local farms and produce stands, the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, and, of course, the beach!
Please note: The primary guest must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1.Remove sheets and pillowcases. Please leave comforters and blankets on the beds.
2.Place any used towels in the laundry baskets in the laundry room.
3.Load and run the dishwasher; please empty it once the cycle is complete.
4.Remove all trash
5.Return all remotes
6.Cover outdoor furniture
7.Put away beach/sports equipment
8.Leave the house key on the key rack
9.A responsible adult should do a final inspection of all levels of the home.
