Sandbridge is a truly peaceful spot to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Share time with family and enjoy the sights and sounds of this coastal destination. This home offers great views of the Sandbridge beach and the quietness that goes along with it.

During peak season June to September enjoy weekly rentals Friday to Friday. Any other time, you can enjoy a 3 night or minimum stay depending on the season. We're happy to work with you to make your vacation perfect!

Fully furnished Beach House and steps away from the ocean, 8 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 23 guests), 6 Full Baths, nicely stocked Kitchen with newer appliances, furniture and furnishing throughout.

This is one of only a few properties that do Friday-Friday stays during the summer months (June through August). We have found that it is much more convenient for the families to get the entire first weekend rather than spending time stuck in traffic and long lines for check-in. (Saturday afternoons are very hectic with traditional Saturday check-ins and service companies doing cleanings, repairs and pool work). Also great for families that have members or friends that only can make the weekend. They don't get cheated out of a full day!

Get ready to make some lasting memories by reserving this gorgeous beach house for your group! This luxury home is an excellent choice for your family vacation, reunion, or corporate getaway. This beautiful 4000+ sq. ft home is yards away from the Ocean where you can relax on the wonderful beach of Sandbridge. There are 8 nicely furnished bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and 6 bathrooms.

The first (bottom) floor contains a sitting area to watch a movie or play the Wii station on the large flat screen smart TV or enjoy a game of Foosball. This floor also has 4 bedrooms; 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, 2nd bedroom has a full bed with single trundle and TV, 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunkbed and a single bed, and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. There is a hallway that leads to the back yard where you can enjoy the private in-ground pool or sit at the cabana and enjoy your favorite beverage.

The second floor has a large kitchen and dining area that will accommodate everyone in your party. The nicely stocked kitchen is complete with 2 dishwashers that makes cleaning up a breeze after cooking with our new double oven! The custom dining room tables have plenty of chairs for the family and offers a great place to play a board game or a game of cards. There are three bedrooms on this level, all with flatscreen TV's; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and daybed w/trundle along with a jetted tub and separate shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. This floor also has deck access that overlooks the pool area as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. On the deck is a screened in porch with a large table and chairs that will allow you to have your family barbecues from the gas grill provided. The deck stairs lead right to the pool area.

The top level of the home contains the game area where you get to watch Blu-ray movies on the High-Definition Big Screen Smart TV while you relax on the large sectional couch. Also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong from this area as others watch you from the bar that seats four. The third-floor bedroom is a great place to have separation from the rest of the group as it sleeps 3 with a queen size and single beds. Can’t forget the third level deck where you get a spectacular view of the ocean, watch the dolphins and listen to the waves come crashing in as you privately layout on one of the multiple lounge chairs provided!

This property includes everything you need to make your vacation rental a success. Wireless Broadband Hi Speed Internet is available throughout the house. Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip beds but leave comforters and shams on beds. There is not room in the laundry room for all the bedding.
If furniture had been moved please move it back to its original location.
Put dirty sheets and towels in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our weekly rental (Friday to Friday) starts the 1st week of June and ends the last week of August.
Must be 25 years of age or older to accept contract and accompany the stay here. This vacation area is subject to all city residential laws.
No Smoking! There will be additional cleaning fees if smoking is discovered in the house.

Great Sandbridge stay for large party

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is great for a large party, with a large kitchen/dining area and plenty of bedrooms - we had 15 and still had a couple empty beds. Awesome pool area and the beach access is right across the street - it's literally as good as beach front without being beach front. The owners are great too and even stopped by when we had an issue as small as a tv remote not working, and I'm not afraid to say it was actually operator error on my part!Thanks again for a great week at Sandbridge!

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was absolutely ideal for our extended family vacation. The layout was perfect, giving everyone their own space to relax while still allowing us to gather comfortably for meals and quality time together.The location couldn’t have been better, right across from public beach access, which made it super easy to pop over for morning walks, afternoon swims, and sunset views. We had a small issue with the lock keypad, but the host was incredibly responsive and had it resolved quickly.The home was clean, well-stocked, and clearly designed with guests in mind. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious, well-located beach retreat!

The house was very well equipped and clean. Even though it's not oceanfront, beach access is very easy - walk out the front door, cross the street, and your on the path to the beach. The host was very responsive and polite. We would definitely stay there again.

Sandbridge is a beautiful area and more private then most beaches. Rated one of top beaches in the US. The house is SO CLOSE to beach that you walk out the front door, cross the street and you are on the BEACH!

What makes this property unique

The house offers great views and sounds of the ocean from 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Also there are amazing views of the ocean from the kitchen and master bedroom! You can easily access the beach from the beautiful walkway directly in front of our house!
