Justyna is an awesome host and the house was perfect for our annual big family vacation. We love the location, amenities and cleanliness. We've already reserved it for next year. I highly recommend Ocean Daze to all.

It was a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation. One of the king size beds had a really old set of sheets and the bottom sheet would not stay on. There were tons of bugs on the upstairs sliding glass door and house but that is the small negatives that I saw. The host sent a few messages in case we needed anything.

Our extended family of 13 had a great birthday celebration weekend at this wonderful oceanfront home. We spent lots of time enjoying the hot tub, pool, shower, grill, TV bar, and games on the patio; just steps away from the beach. The various sized seven bedrooms, inside beach decor, two decks, ocean views, and spacious main floor layout contributed to quality time spent making special memories for our family.

The property is very pet friendly. Families were very happy with all the extra rooms, space, available activities, multiple refrigerators. We wish we stayed for longer. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins everyday.

Great House

It was like deja vu walking into this house. I finally figured out we had stayed here before when it was called Sea Castle. It works wonderfully for ladies weekend and the location is great. My only concern is carrying the heavy stuff up the stairs but we would definitely come back here again.

This was our first family vacation in Virginia Beach and we were not disappointed. The house was a real gem and worked very well for my family of 17 people, ranging in age from 2 to 72. It had many nice amenities. We didn’t use the hot tub or the bar, but the pool and easy beach access were pluses! And 2 of my grandsons loved the outdoor chess game - spent hours playing over the course of the week! The ten adults liked that 5 of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. And having 2 washers and 2 dryers was wonderful. Additionally, the separate “game space” for the kids was great and the house was well stocked with puzzles and other family games. We all appreciated having 2 tables in the dining area to accommodate everyone - this has been a recurring problem with other rentals. Justyna was also quick to respond to a few minor issues we found upon arrival (burnt out lightbulbs, broken window blinds, cracked bathroom vent). A few of my grandkids have already asked if we could come back to Ocean Daze again. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Everyone had an amazing time!!

What an amazing property!! Perfect location and perfect accommodations for our family. Lots of outdoor fun games and toys. And even more games and toys for indoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, pots and pans etc. Property owner was very helpful, pleasant and easy to get ahold of to answer any questions. We hope to return in the future.

Excellent home with all the comforts and toys

This property has it all. 10 beds, a bathroom for everyone, big kitchen, two separate decks with views of the ocean, and most importantly lots of private outdoor space and activities. Hot tub, ping pong, outdoor pool, giant chess, fireplace, kayaks, surf board, beach equipment, you name it. Host was responsive and this house has the best welcome packet I’ve ever had from a rental.

4 Generations time on the beach

We vacationed with our children, grand children and great grand child. We all enjoyed a wonderful experience at Ocean Daze. The accommodations were perfect, the beds were extremely comfortable. The bottom level under the house was perfect to hang out: Hot tub, pool, life size chess board, fire pit, refrigerator, bar with big screen TV. Beach access incredible, step right on the beach. We were able to watch kids from the family room / deck when not enjoying the sand and surf with them. The size of the home was perfect for 15 of us, could have fit a few more. Also, the owner is very accommodating and was always responsive to any question. Great place!

Ocean Daze - A Great Place to Stay

Ocean Daze was a great place to stay. The property was everything we hoped it would be and more! Everything that we needed was already there, including beach chairs, pool toys & games, as well as corn hole boards, ping-pong table, volleyballs, footballs, etc. A couple ocean kayaks were also available to use. Puzzles & indoor board games were also available for use. Each of the three levels had an outdoor space to gather, or to separate from others if you chose to do so. Plenty of parking as well. After check-in the property manager was easily reached via email, text or cellphone, and was very friendly & accommodating. We were completely satisfied with our choice & we would stay here again.

Fantastic!!!!

We had a fantastic time at Ocean Daze while we were in Sandbridge for our son's wedding. The house is laid out great for a large family stay. We had all adult kids and spouses staying here. The bottom area with the bar, fire pit pool is terrific. We spent so much time down there. The views are beautiful! The rooms were spacious enough and the 2 masters had great updated baths. The Kitchen had an abundance of appliances and everything else you needed. It was great to have another fridge up there as well. So there are 3 fridges in all. We did have the sink leak one day, but the plumber came promptly to fix,so really no issues at all. This is a great house and we loved being on that end of Sandbridge, it was so quiet! We will be back!
