About this property

This amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath Lakefront home went through a 200K renovation in 2016. The finest finishes are evident throughout. 1 mile from the interstate and minutes from the beach or Town Center make this location ideal. This house isn't missing anything. Beautiful screened in porch for enjoying a book while watching the birds on the lake. At night, the landscape lighting in the front and back gives such an elegant touch. There's little doubt you'll wish you could stay longer and save this home to come back to. I had 5 nothing but the best compliments when I had guest stay in just one room but now that I've moved, it's an opportunity to have this amazing house all to yourself to enjoy with your family or friends.

Please note all interior areas are fully cleaned between bookings. Outdoor areas will have effects of outside elements (i.e leaves, pollen, bird droppings) beyond owners control. We leave cleaning supplies for your use for outdoor surfaces if you want.

No smoking at all and I would love it if you left your shoes at the front. Everything is new and I just want to keep it nice. Send pic of valid ID.

Absolutely no other guest/visitors stopping by. Everyone must be added to the reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without refund.

If using our linens, please have a load of towels in dryer and sheets in washer, trash bagged, dishes started in dishwasher. Keeps cleaning cost down.

Our Wonderful VRBO Experience in Virginia Beach!

My recent business trip to Lynnhaven, Virginia Beach, was made infinitely better by my stay at this wonderful VRBO rental. Nestled in the heart of Lynnhaven, this charming property provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of work. First and foremost, the location of this rental was superb. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered a serene ambiance that was conducive to relaxation and productivity alike. Despite being close to all the amenities and attractions of Virginia Beach, the tranquil setting provided a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. Executive Stay

My business partner, and I met in Virginia Beach for a new business acquisition. We stayed at this property, and the host was excellent at communication and even showed interest in what we were doing there. I love entrepreneurship and the true Vrbo that gives a great experience is an entrepreneurial owner. Not a house, lender! Will definitely stay here again with my ownership group when the time arises

I'm from San Diego. I came to Virginia Beach with the Navy 25 years ago. I fell I in love with the area being a strong second to San Diego with a much more wholesome community. I started first renting rooms to occasional guest to meet people and donate the money. Now, I'm renting the whole home as I've moved to a little bigger home to enjoy boating. We try hard to make sure our guest are very happy because we wouldn't want anyone to ever be disappointed with any property.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house because of the location. Lake in the backyard and park across the street in the front. It's incredibly close to everything and it's so much bigger inside than it faces up. I'm so thankful I never sold it when I was younger.

What makes this property unique

Here you will see a top of the line kitchen with incredible upgrades. So many customer features throughout. I downsized from a big home back to this house and made everything about it top notch. Then decided move up again.
