Lakefront home with huge deck over the water. This amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath Lakefront home went through a freshly $200K update. The fine finishes are evident throughout. 1 mile from the interstate and minutes from the beach or Town Center make this location ideal. This house isn't missing anything. Beautiful screened in porch for enjoying the lake views. At night, the landscape lighting in the front and back gives an elegant touch. There's no doubt you'll wish you could stay longer and save this home to come back to. Close enough to enjoy the beach and you'll appreciate the quite relaxing lake when it's time to wind down and make memories with the family. There's a large park directly across the street for the kids to play as well.

Please note housekeeping doesn't include outdoor areas. Outside elements (i.e leaves, pollen, bird droppings) are beyond owners control.

Rod was an amazing host. He answered all my questions and immediately took care of coffee pot issue. Had a back up ready. Home is in beautiful neighborhood with a park directly across from this family friendly home, perfect for our family vacation with my five grandchildren. Rod even had games and kids books.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. The dock by the lake was wonderful. One turtle even seened to be trained as it would swim over everyime we came down. Very clean lots of space. Rod was very communicative. My only complaint is that we were in town for an event so we didnt have more time to spend enjoying the property. Very quick drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

This is a great place. the host is very communicative... you can't ask for a better place on the lake. very well taken care of, and from what the host says, recently renovated!! I personally loved the nugget ice maker. LOL! would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at the Lakefront Oasis for our annual Girl's Trip. The home is comfortable and inviting with multiple seating and dining areas, including the enclosed back porch with a relaxing view of the lake. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I'm from San Diego. I came to Virginia Beach with the Navy 25 years ago. I fell I in love with the area being a strong second to San Diego with a much more wholesome community. I started first renting rooms to occasional guest to meet people and donate the money. Now, I'm renting the whole home as I've moved to a little bigger home to enjoy boating. We try hard to make sure our guest are very happy because we wouldn't want anyone to ever be disappointed with any property.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house because of the location. Lake in the backyard and park across the street in the front. It's incredibly close to everything and it's so much bigger inside than it faces up. I'm so thankful I never sold it when I was younger.

What makes this property unique

Here you will see a top of the line kitchen with incredible upgrades. So many customer features throughout. I downsized from a big home back to this house and made everything about it top notch. Then decided move up again.
