Our bright spacious 3 story townhouse in Virginia Beach North End was freshly renovated in 2024. It is beautifully decorated and very conveniently located a few steps from the beach. With a secluded walkway directly from the backyard to the side street, the beach is two minutes away.
A perfect beach vacation for families with children or couples in a quiet neighborhood.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full and 1 half baths. 3-cars parking. Recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Two decks, where you can enjoy a nice breeze or prepare a gourmet meal on a grill.
High Speed WiFi. Three TVs with Roku players for live and application streaming. Electric cars charger (240-Volt Outlet). Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. Adjacent spacious garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and even bikes for exploring the nearby park and boardwalk. Beach cart is ready to help you to get all your stuff to the beach.
Wonderful restaurants, lots of water sport and land activities are nearby.

What makes this property unique
This house is ideally located at the best area of Virginia Beach. It has a direct path from the backyard to the beautiful beach, which is much less crowded than at the Boardwalk area. At the same time, Boardwalk with all the attractions, shops, and restaurants is just one mile away -- it is a 20 min relaxing walk on the beach or a few minutes drive. There is also a biking trail right from the house all the way to the Boardwalk and along the Boardwalk.
The most visited Virginia's First Landing State park is just three blocks away. It is great for biking, hiking, and relaxing.
