Totally renovated Beach Cottage in seaside neighborhood. Steps away from the Beach Access and only blocks away from Seashore State Park and all it has to offer. There is a large living area with a 55" smart tv, full bathroom and large bedroom at the front. Step up to the kitchen area with all new ss appliances and another "as is" TV mounted in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms and another full bath are located just off the kitchen. Patio door leads to a small deck on the side of the home. 2 outdoor showers. There is a 1 car garage with an opener and new front load washer & dryer. Plenty of off street private parking for your beach going guests. Enjoy plenty of great local seafood restaurants and entertainment within minutes of this home. This is the best of bay living on the Bay side of Shore Drive. Everything you need to for you beach vacation.

Perfect for a beach vacation!

This is our second time staying at this house and we absolutely love it! The house is great for younger kids, there is everything on hand that you need to feel comfortable, and it’s on a quiet road with direct access to a great beach!

Fabulous beach cottage

The property was super clean and exactly as pictured. It had every thing you could ever need for a beach vacation. You could tell the owners take pride in their property. HIGHLY recommend for a beach getaway!!

More than we expected

Amazing cottage

Clean, comfortable, and perfect vacation rental. This cute cottage had everything we could possibly need. We prepared a thanksgiving feast for 8 people in the kitchen and it was more than adequate and was completely stocked with whatever equipment needed. Highly recommend this rental.

Great spot!

The property is conveniently located near the ocean and situated in a quiet neighborhood although very near plenty to do. In particular, I really enjoyed walking a cycling on the trails just a block or two from the house. Having access to the garage was very nice. The house is clean, simple, and was comfortable for our family. Thanks!

Quaint and modern

My husband and I stayed four nights and absolutely loved the place. We relaxed and each had our area to watch tv, read or catch up on phone calls. Loved the modern updates and the cottage quaintness. Communication with owner was immediate and friendly.

This property has everything you need & more. Beautiful house, beautiful location & beautiful beach. Very private & low key but close enough to restaurants & social gigs to not feel isolated. I want to leave fewer stars because I don’t want too many people to learn about this place. 😉

Great location

Very clean and tidy rental located on quiet residential street. Spacious parking area. Short walk to uncrowded area of the bay (perfect for swimming, paddle boards, etc). Small but spaces are smartly maximized. Well stocked with cleaners, beach cart, etc. Walk to restaurants, grocery and ice cream. Great vacation spot!

Short stay in quaint beach neighborhood

We really loved staying at this beach cottage. While we were in and out due to schedule, we wish we had more time to chill and enjoy the amenities and all the nice touches this home provides, rather than just resting our heads for a couple nights.The beds are comfy and this old beach cottage has been so wonderfully updated while still maintaining its early beach cottage vibe. We look forward to coming back to truly sit back and relax for a few days, chill on the bay beach, watch the sunsets and hike the parks nearby. Truly a gem of a cottage.

Family Beach Vacation

Clean and updated property just steps from the bay in one of my favorite VA Beach neighborhoods. The home had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable. Beach wagon in the garage with chairs, towels, toys. Property Manager, Marcus, was excellent and very accommodating. We will be back! Great property and location!

Beach access

We liked the Vrbo very much the only thing that was a little off-putting was the one of the bathrooms was directly by the dining room table (we didn’t use the kitchen table at all). This home did not disappoint with beach access right down the street! The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of stuff in the pantry to liimit our purchases at the store!

Location Location Location!

We loved our week so close to the bay! The two outdoor showers proved to be a game changer when getting two kids showered after the beach! The house was a bit damp but that is sadly that is par for the course for houses in that area due to the high humidity of the area due to being so close to the water/the area is tree covered and no fault of the owners. The weather itself was super humid the week we were there and they had a humidifier that ran most of the time we were there.

Perfect location!

This was our first official visit to the Virginia Beach area. We’ve been to Williamsburg in the past, but we’ve never really spent any time down by the shore. We’re so glad we chose this Marcus’ property for our stay. Away from the hotel dense areas so the beach is relatively empty. Walking distance to the beach (seriously, unless you’re on the beach you’re not much closer), walking distance to groceries, a restaurant and quality ice cream. You know, the really important stuff. The house provides great amenities as well: beach chairs, wagon, beach towels - all the stuff you can leave home and save space in your vehicle. Beds we’re comfortable, room for a family of four to spread out and a full kitchen so you can save money and not have to eat out. All around a great place for us and any other small family.
