The San Miguel River flows past the outdoor deck with the River Trail taking you to the Gondola, or to the eastern waterfalls at the end of the Valley. The condo's open kitchen is fully stocked with everything the cook desires. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings. A vast expansive Telluride view can be seen from the patio doors in the living room and the deck right outside. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper. The Master has an en suite bathroom and the Master bedroom features a brand new (6/18) king size bed. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunks and a twin trundle bed. The outdoor hot tub for the building is next door along the San Miguel River. All the comforts of home are here in this awesome residence!

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
