This is a recently updated "Home Away from Home" themed condo with amazing views that you can enjoy right from the comfort of your "Home". It's a nice walk to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

This condo offers a King size bed in the bedroom plus a Full size pull-out bed and a sleep sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

You are allowed 1 parking space for a 1 Bedroom condo on this property.

As well as the obvious attraction of being right on the beach, relax in style with amenities such as an outdoor and indoor pool, a lazy river, hot tub, kid’s splash area/pool, a sundeck plus a small fitness center on the 1st floor! This condo features a king beds in a private bedroom along with a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and a kitchen table plus a buffet that pulls out into a full size bed. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a sleep sofa in the living room and a private balcony.

Only a matter of steps when you walk off the elevator to the pools, hot tub or the beach! Beachfront property with an amazing view and plenty of fun for the whole family.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only minutes' drive to many of the most popular activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus free disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with numerous mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

1023 Holiday Sand south condo
Location was great, the condo was clean and the bed was comfortable, could use a few starter coffee pods and an extra trash bag to start.Would suggest a book in condo to give some extra information on area restaurant favorites etc but fully enjoyed my stay. The few fireworks at night was a plus.
