Recommended place to stay

Al thought the neighborhood is not that pretty, if you have a car you will have no issue. It is very confortable to get in and out at any time. The owner was in touch with us all the time asking if we were confortable and needed anything. The property even has a laundry machine. We were with my in laws that are seniors, and they were delighted. The department has everything you need, the kitchen was very nice, all the apartment was very clean.

Nice place to live. Everything spot on exactly like advertised. Only problem is everything is far by, grocery store, Walmart, targets good restaurants. Will definitely recommend to stay here.

Irvington, NJ - Close to New York

Apartment was as described. Very clean. However, for more than four people there needs to be additional chairs as there are only four at the kitchen table. There were five of us. Need more dishes/glasses/silverware if over four people in your group. The fire alarm in the kitchen is too close to the stove as when we put bread in the toaster, before the bread finished toasting, the fire alarm would go off. In the bathroom on the right of the hallway, there needs to be a rubber mat in the bottom of the tub as it is very slippery and there are no safety bars to hold on to. One other thing, they don't provide any hand towels or washcloths. Only large bath towels. Also, there are stairs to get into the apartment if that would be an issue for you.

One week in Irvington, NJ

We were pleased to find a renovated apartment with brand new kitchen and appliances. All three bedrooms have comfortable beds, although one bedroom had no furniture other than the bed. Living room was spacious with nice furniture and large smart TV. Property manager was quick to respond. Overall good stay.
