Packing for a week-long trip with your family is much easier with the full-sized washer and dryer we have located in the bunk bedroom.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through a VRBO-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the VRBO platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the other two are covering the rear sliders of the cabin's entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 23 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

PETS (Max 2 dogs allowed)
1. Pet Notification and Fee
• Guests must notify the cohosts of the presence of any pets on the rental property on or before the date of arrival.
• The pet fee must be paid through our customer service team on or before the date of arrival.
• The pet fee is $50 per pet.
• Failure to pay the pet fee(s) before the start of the second rental day (after the first night) will result in a $150 charge per pet (payable through our customer service team).
• Failure to pay requested pet fees by the start of the second rental day (after the second night) will result in removal from the property without refunding paid rental fees.
• Guests may have a maximum of two dogs at the rental at one time. If additional pets are found on the property, guests will pay an additional $300 per pet to cover additional cleaning fees.

2. Pet Waste Management
• All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly in the designated disposal areas.
• Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100.

3. Pets on Furniture
• To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, pets are not permitted on beds or other furniture. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage resulting from non-compliance.
• Each piece of furniture requiring additional cleaning will be charged $100.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

The BBQ grill is connected to a propane line. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Please note that this is a forested area, and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
