The view from this home is spectacular and you really must come see it for yourself! This spacious home is perfect for families and groups and features many family-friendly amenities. The large, open kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze. There is a dining table for 8 and two high chair for the little ones if needed. Off the dining room is a patio with gas grill. Off the kitchen is a small den with TV plus a queen sofa sleeper and is a great place to curl up and read a book. The main living room features a TV and plenty of seating to enjoy the majestic mountain views out of the living room windows. The game room is a great place to gather with a shuffleboard table, a game table, lots of toys and games, and a large TV. A bedroom with king bed can also be found on the main floor. This bedroom has a dedicated work area if you need to work remotely during your stay and also has access to the yard. There is a full bath with shower. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms plus a bonus room and two full baths. There are three king bedrooms and the bonus room features two twin bunks. The first bath has a shower, the second has a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and soaking tub. This home currently be remodeled and updated. We will have more photos coming soon of future changes.

This home is dog friendly. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type. Please let us know about your pet(s) when inquiring or making your reservation.

Great Property

Great Property. Not too far out from down town. Plenty of room to spread out inside. Excellent outdoor space. Would rent again if I go back to Durango.

It had everything we needed and more. A perfect place for family and little kids to run and play. Beautiful views, wildlife visits, and wonderful memories around the fire pit out back. I highly recommended this home! Any questions we had were answered right away! Thank you

Absolutely Fabulous Accommodations!

Peace and quiet under the stars, yet close to town. The location is wonderful and the home itself is very comfortable and spacious in a wonderful setting. Deer visited in the mornings and evenings. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the comfortable seating around the fire pit. We would absolutely stay here again. We were a parity of 3 couples and had plenty of privacy and space to move about. The home is very nice.

Wonderful family home

Great family house, having a load of toys for kids was a great addition. Top tip : do not use google maps to try and take you there, it will fail you. Surprisingly Apple Maps is the best option.

What a wonderful stay!

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds and seating were very comfortable and very clean. The outdoor space was totally serene. Fun to watch the deer come through the yard. Super close to town, yet felt like we were in the woods. We would definitely stay here again!!
