Cozy and Relaxing Lake House close to Lake of the Arbuckles

The Tolle Lake House, located minutes from Lake of the Arbuckles. You will find this adorable, cozy, and comfortable home located in the quiet tucked-away Timberlake subdivision. Our beautiful home overlooks a peaceful fishing pond. The quiet neighborhood includes several lakes/ponds, and an abundance of wildlife. It is perfect for small families or friends who want to get away for a weekend, week or even a month!
Activities are plentiful in the surrounding communities including Chickasaw Cultural Center, Chickasaw National Rec Center, Little Niagara, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Lake, hiking trails and much more. You will also want to visit The Artisan Hotel and Casino in Sulphur. Treasure Valley Casino in Davis, OK is about 6 miles away. In the evening, you can sit around the firepit under a sky filled with stars or you can relax on our covered patio sipping your favorite beverage!
In the summer, lake activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking are a great way to spend day! Bring your own boat (boat launch is super close to house) and head to the lake or just hang out at the house and fish in backyard pond.
The 3-bedroom/2-bath home is warm and inviting. It comes fully furnished with beautifully stained concrete floors in all rooms except the bedrooms. Flat screen ROKU TV’s in living room and in all bedrooms. Streaming options from all providers available with your own login (Netflix, HBO, Amazon, etc) or you can watch ROKU TV live with no login required.
Keep in mind that the home might be best for fully supervised or older kiddos due to the nearby ponds and steep hill in backyard.
Living & Dining Rooms: Open concept area perfect for family dinners or game nights. Beautiful, high ceilings, large 75-inch TV, comfortable sectional sofa and a double 7-foot French doors that open to a beautiful view of the pond. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the farmhouse dining table or under the covered patio and watch deer and other wildlife. The gas BBQ grill is also available for your use, grill utensils are available in kitchen drawer. The dining room table has seating for 6, high chair and bar has seating for 4. Plenty of board games, cards, dominoes, and puzzles for an evening of family fun.
Kitchen is well stocked with coffee pot, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, and staples including spices, cooking oils, and baking supplies. It’s also equipped with all major appliances such as, double oven and warming drawer, KitchenAid refrigerator with in-fridge filtered water dispenser and ice maker, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The coffee pot uses k-cups. Extra coffee and tea pods are located under coffee pot and in drawer. Please help yourself. Oh, and brand new granite countertops.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, black “blackout” curtains, ceiling fan, oscillating fan in the large walk-in closet and plenty of additional room in the dresser drawer. Relax in bed while watching your favorite movie on the 55 in flat screen smart TV.
Master Bathroom includes a large, oversized shower with double showerheads and double sinks.
2nd Bedroom: queen size bed, white “blackout” curtains, ceiling fan, stand-up oscillating fan located in closet. Large 55 in flat screen smart TV that you can swivel so you can relax and watch TV in bed.
3rd Bedroom: bunked beds, full on bottom and twin on top, gray “blackout” curtains, ceiling fan and stand-up oscillating fan located in closet. Also includes a large 55 in flat screen smart TV and a desk in case you need to wrap up a little work.
2nd Bathroom: includes tub with shower. Extra towels located on shelving in master bathroom.
Laundry Room is in the hallway. Detergent, dryer sheets and other supplies are provided if you need them. Please do not use liquid softener, this will harm the septic system. Beach towels are located on the shelving for your use.
Absolutely No Smoking: this includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana.
No Swimming in the Ponds.
We do have outdoor cameras, one is located on front porch, one on each side of house and one camera on back patio overlooking the pond.
