We stayed at this property for a family mini vacation with 6 adults, 4 children plus a baby. The house had the space we needed and everyone especially enjoyed the pool which was clean.

The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked dinner and breakfast several times for 8 people with no issues! The weather did not hold up to use the pool, but it definitely looked very inviting and clean.

Great stay!

We had a great time- pool was a great addition- everything was just as it was advertised. Only slight complaint is one bedroom(I believe a converted mudroom) was quite warm but it was also a large group! Thanks for a great stay

This is the one!!

This was an amazing choice for my family’s getaway for my daughter’s birthday! The area was peaceful, the house was beautiful, and the location was near plenty of stores! It also wasn’t far from activities in the area like Flight, Jacksonville Zoo, and Dave and Busters. The host is a fantastic person to work with too! She is very informative, understanding, full of energy, and kind! If we’re every in the area again we know we have a sure place to stay. Our home away from home !

Comfortable and Clean

This place was well equipped and very clean. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room or everyone. We did not use the pool, but it was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The necessities were supplied, so all you had to do was bring your clothes and some food and you were set for your stay. Lipsy was amazing! She was helpful and very responsive. We will be staying here again!

Great location to Baptist South Hospital

My father was in ICU so we needed a place that was convenient to the hospital. The home was just perfect for our needs. The space was open and gave us a place to be together and all stay in one space. I especially loved the small plus's like having shampoo & toilet paper supplied. The backyard was also a nice place to sit outside and just relax. One note to be aware of is that most the beds are quite firm. I would however, chose to stay in this house again, should the need arise.

Home away from home

We booked this property as a little minute decision to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton. This home felt like a home away from our home. The owner was so accommodating with our situation. She was very quick to answer any questions I had. My children enjoyed the pool. The home was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Tons of stores nearby. The owner was very accommodating of our dog coming with us. Such quick communication which was so helpful when trying to plan to evacuate.

Overall, we enjoyed the property! It was cute, in a great neighborhood, & very clean! The pool was amazing & a great size! The main downfall is that the back bedroom, the largest in the house, stays super hot. The smart thermostat is controlled by outside forces, so you can't even turn it down enough to cool it off before bedtime. Our little boys roasted in there nightly, even though left the blind down & darkening curtains pulled 24/7. They also need bigger & more pots & pans. To fit a huge family, the pots were few in number & very small. There were only 6 forks, yet it slept 10. That was a minimal inconvenience, as was the washing machine that we kept having to unplug & reset to work. The most endlessly aggravating part was their never-ending list of rules. First, I received the rules & answered a 9 question questionaire as well as follow up questions before they accepted our booking. Then, the endless reminders of rules kept coming in - PARAGRAPHS at the time, days upon days in a row. The house has paragraphs of rules, cameras at the entrances, & strict rules about having zero company over & for pets, b9th ofbwhich we never did. Reminders were sent even when we never broke the rules. The pool has more rules they send out. It was very overwhelming & ridiculous. Even the bathrooms have posted rules in case you don't know how to use them properly. We have been long standing travelers & renters & have never encountered such. It only lets me add 8 of the 12 screenshots.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the property’s cleanliness, neighborhood, and pool! We appreciate your patience with the back bedroom’s temperature; we’ve since installed a mini-split AC unit to ensure comfort for future guests. Regarding kitchen supplies, we provide standard cookware for the home’s capacity but are always happy to deliver extras upon request—just ask during your stay! As for the washer, overloading can trigger safety resets (noted in the manual), but we’d have been glad to assist had we been notified. Our rules are designed to protect guests and the property, and we’ve streamlined communications based on your feedback. Thank you again!
