About this property

Perfect for one or two couples who want to hit the beach and a few breweries - and maybe even a minor league game - all in the same trip! A single-story, light-filled home with wood and stone floors throughout, and an above ground pool in the backyard. Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but just a 10-minute drive to Honeymoon Island Beach and State Park as well as downtown Dunedin and TD Ballpark, the Toronto Blue Jays minor league facility (and only 15 minutes to BayCare Ballpark/the Phillies). It's a cozy, charming place to relax after exploring all the area has to offer. It's a 15-min drive to Clearwater Beach and a 10-min walk to the Pinellas Trail (we highly recommend renting bikes and heading south to one of the many breweries in Dunedin).

Each bedroom has a memory foam king mattress, and the main bedroom features an ensuite bathroom w/shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker and Nespresso machine that opens to spacious living room w/TV (we have a game/puzzle table here as well).

The back patio and landscaped side yard are accessed from the living room, with a picnic table/benches and a two-person table and chair set for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. We recently installed a large above ground pool in the backyard as well! We also have a Blackstone grill you are welcome to use during your stay.

High speed internet for those working remotely and a Nest thermostat to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Super Cute and Cozy Home

The house is so cute it takes the stress away! They have great style and you find something new to look at with every turn. They quite possibly are the nicest people on the planet and so easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!!
