St Pete Stay

Great space for family vacation! Felt like we were at home and the amenities were everything we needed. The area offered lots of options. We will definitely book again and recommended to friends and family!

Loved our stay!

The house is nicely laid out, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we could need. Great communication with the owner. Location is close to downtown, 20 minutes to beach, and close to everywhere else we wanted to go. We highly recommend!

Lovely property and amenities

We had a lovely stay. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry are well-stocked with very nice appliances. The bedrooms and baths are well-appointed and comfy. There’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy the house. The porch is a great place to have coffee in the morning. The location is convenient to downtown St Pete, Central Avenue, and the Imagine Museum. And to top it off - the welcome basket was a wonderful surprise. The hosts were great and responsive. They got back to us very quickly when we had a few issues setting the a/c. Our only complaint is the noise. We are all city dwellers so it wasn’t too bad for us but if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs might help.

A great getaway!

Friends and I rented the house for a month. Restaurants and coffee shops were a quick walk. The bike trails were just a few blocks away. The house was well-stocked and the hosts were fantastic.

Beautifully renovated property walking distance to downtown St Pete!

The property has been recently renovated and the style is so cute - very true to the pictures describing the rental. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need (laundry detergent, dish detergent, can opener, cooking spices, measuring cups, trivets, etc.) we didn’t have to buy any essentials since the house was fully stocked! The beds are all super comfy and it’s nice the master bedroom opens to the outside. We traveled with a dog and put the couple with the dog in that room since they could let the dog out and not wake the rest of us up. The rental also had dog toys and water bowls ready 😊 definitely recommend this rental for anyone traveling to the St Pete area!

Property is located on a vibrant street walking distance to some of the best St. Pete has to offer. The house is completely renovated inside with all new appliances, lighting, ceiling fans, furniture and bathrooms. I love spending time in this home and it is my retreat.

What makes this property unique

Extremely walkable to so much that St. Pete has to offer, the house is in the Historic Kenwood neighborhood. Two parking spaces make it easy for multiple cars with plenty of free on street parking. Brick roads and unique bungalows coupled with easy access to unique shops, restaurants, attractions and so much more make this house and location the perfect spot.
