Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to stay for Oceans Calling festival

This was perfect for my husband and I to get away for the weekend to attend Oceans Calling! It had everything we could need, was perfect size and great location. Space was clean and small amenities provided which was very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

This place is perfect for just a nice to lay your head after a long day at the beach. It has everything you need for a basic stay. Short little walk to the beach. Mini golf right across the street and so many other things in a short distance away.

Nice, quiet location

The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay.

Great get away

Father’s Day trip to the beach with my son. My son usually has a hard time sleeping in places other than home, however he was very comfortable and slept great. Waking up and being able to walk to the beach was honestly the best. And when we forgot to bring things it was an easy 5min walk back to the rental.

This was a great stay and we’ll definitely be coming back another time! Very quiet and simple and the beach is right there! Great price too! Make sure you have travel toiletries—they didn’t provide us with shampoo or soap but it wasn’t a huge deal.
