Welcome to our brand new beach house, "Sun Dreams 3"! This 6 bedroom rental is comprised of both the East and West sides of this stunning duplex located in beautiful Gulf Shores. It boasts a large private pool, luxurious accommodations, and the white sandy beaches just a few steps away. The entertaining outdoor areas and spacious balconies will be your favorite spots to spend your days at Sun Dreams 3. Enjoy sun tanning by the pool, relaxing in the hammocks, or watching the kids play from the shade!

Inside the house, the East and West sides are exact mirrors of each other, offering a total of 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 6 bedrooms. Enjoy unwinding after a day in the sun in the cozy living rooms, each offering a queen-sized sofa bed as well. For all of your vacation cooking needs, the modern kitchens each provide state of the art appliances and a breakfast bar.

Once it's time to retire for the night, this beach house offers luxurious accommodations for up to 20 guests with 6 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a King bed and a private bathroom. Head upstairs for the rest of the rooms! Bedroom 2 contains a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 contains a Twin over Full bunk bed and a Twin bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. This layout is exactly the same on both the East and West sides.

Newly renovated property was clean and convenient to beach access. Pool was nice and designed well for pool games. Beds were not comfortable but otherwise house was set up well. We would stay again.

We booked this house for family vacation! The location was fantastic. Beach access pretty much right across the street and able see the beach. We lived in the pool! It was great! The house was clean and ready for us when we got there! Plenty of room for everyone! Definitely recommend! The the owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly!

Over all a great house! Very spacious, and the pool was a great addition! Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & dish soap or dishwashing pods. This was a first for me. From my experience in the past these things were all provided. The upstairs gets pretty hot at night even with the ac turned down pretty low, so plan to bring a fan. Other than those few things we’d be willing to stay at this house or with the Prickett’s again.

Great Duplex with fabulous location

Super clean and comfortable duplex. Some minor suggestions for the future: provide shade for the pool area. It is beautiful but HOT!, This is the first rental home we have stayed that does not have games, beach chairs, toys etc. not a big deal but would be nice. Should have a collection of menus of favorite eateries. Kitchen supplies very minimal but sufficient .

Great location - lack of cleanliness

We recently stayed at this home for our family vacation and rented the west and east sections. While the location was fantastic—just a quick walk across the street to the beach—the cleanliness and amenities left much to be desired. We arrived to find dirty dishes in the cabinets, trash scattered around the grills, stains all over the couches, dirt on the pillows, and the yard full of grass stickers that kept getting stuck in our dogs’ paws. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were of poor quality, which made cooking a bit frustrating. The convenience of the beach was a huge plus, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and the subpar kitchen tools really detracted from the overall experience.
