Welcome to Heart & Soul Cabin, a brand-new pet-free cabin completed in 2022. The cabin comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Tucked in the towering pines and hard woods at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is minutes from the center of Hochatown, Beaver's Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and several other local attractions.

Professionally designed and furnished, Heart & Soul is a modern luxury Broken Bow getaway for couples and families seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in the Quachita National Forest.

Step inside and be greeted by a bright, modern, luxurious open layout with soaring ceilings that offer plenty of space for everyone to relax and entertain.

In the living room, a wall of windows gives stunning views from the cozy sectional sofa and chairs. Turn on the fireplace (available October-March) to enjoy the warm fire and ambiance while watching the 65" Smart TV.

The kitchen is open to the living area and dining room. It is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, plenty of cabinet space and an island that seats 4 guests. Meals can be shared around the 8-person dining table. Across from the dining area is a coffee and wet bar.

Our spacious master suite 1 features a king-size Nectar medium-firm mattress and modern luxury linens, a 55" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding soaker tub, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Hair and body care from Public Goods are provided. This master suite includes a private patio deck facing the timberland.

The bunk room has 4 custom built-in twin beds and a 55" Smart TV. Each bunk has its own light and power outlet. Your kids will feel super cozy in their own bunk and will sleep soundly on soft linens. The bunk room also serves as a game room. Play a friendly game of shuffleboard or sit down at the video arcade with over 60 games to enjoy.

The soothing sounds of nature are just outside the patio doors! Venture outside to enjoy your carefully curated outdoor experience with various locations for relaxing and unwinding.

Enjoy your morning coffee on one of our 3 large decks overlooking the wooded timberland and seasonal creek. Enjoy watching sports on the 65" Smart TV and cozy fireplace while grilling up your favorite meal for the family to enjoy around the outdoor dining table.

Need a break after all that hiking? Ease those sore muscles in our hot tub that will accommodate up to six. Enjoy reading your favorite book on our twin-size porch swing bed. Have a glass of wine with friends at our conversation seating area.

A few steps off the deck is a fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows and making fireside memories or play a game of corn hole and/or ladder ball. Two custom outdoor saucer swings complete this area for relaxing while you enjoy nature and feel the breeze.

The cabin's kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and the like for creating a delicious meal. All bed linens, bath towels and hot tub towels are provided. A roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, toiletries and toilet tissue are for guests to use. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-March).
