This farmhouse style home is in the heart of Downtown Hollywood. 2 miles to the award winning Hollywood beach!

We are close to the airport and cruise ports (5 miles)!

Near I95 and US1 which takes you to Miami or Fort Lauderdale in minutes.

The design of this home has style, functionality and comfort in mind.

The entire space has been redone. It is bright, open and inviting , perfect for a family to settle into and relax. Smart TV with cable, Hulu , Vudu, Netflix, Amazon Prime (NFL games) for your entertainment.

I live in the area so I can be there at a moments notice, if needed.

Hollywood is nestled between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, so you get the best of both worlds at an economic price. Steps to the buzzing restaurant and night life scene of downtown Hollywood , take a walking tour of the myriad wall murals and shops. Every Monday evening check out the food trucks at Arts Park at Young Circle. And Artwalk is held every 3rd Saturday of every month.

Central Hollywood location

The property was what we needed for our family of 8. It was a short stay that we wish could have lasted longer. The location was 10min from the beach and Fort Lauderdale airport as well as to food and grocery shopping. We used the backyard patio while we were there and it was very nice/perfect weather. There is a large driveway up front which made it easy to fit the 3 cars we were using. The property was as pictured except I couldn't quite figure out the layout until we arrived. The king bed and the room with the two twin beds use one restroom and the two bedrooms with full/queen beds share another restroom. Body wash and shampoo were provided as well as some kitchen staples (salt, seasonings, oil, sugar). If we came back to Hollywood we would absolutely stay in this location again.

Amazing!!!!

A great experience for my family and I. Nice, clean property with great features in a good area of town, accessible to all the main attractions. Good communication with the property manager for check in. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in south Florida.

Was the perfect size for our group...plenty of space!

We got in late so we didnt get to use all the amenities but the house was clean and large enough to accommodate our group.

A lovely property

Little ranches has everything you need for a mini break. The owner is very quick to respond and deal with any issues. The property is fully equipped and clean and tidy. Great location and perfect for a family stay. We would certainly come back again Many thanks
