It is a very peaceful and spacious three bedroom, two bath house, with a gorgeous view of the lake right out the back door, with plenty of privacy to enjoy just relaxing. The location is perfect, as you will be ten minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport, 10-15 minutes from Dania Beach, or everyone's favorite, Hollywood Beach, with over 3 miles of broadwalk right along the beach...tons of shops, restaurants, and nightlife! Hard Rock Casino is within ten minutes away, and it's the largest casino in Florida, offering more entertainment than anywhere in the area. Miami and South Beach are about 30-40 minutes away. The home itself is very cozy, newly furnished, stocked kitchen to make meals, washer/dryer, wonderfully comfortable beds, and everything else you could need for a perfect getaway!!! In the house is a king bed, a queen bed and third bedroom with 2 twins .a rollaway single, and a nice comfy sectional. We do not allow parties or events. We also do not allow smoking or illegal drugs/activities anywhere on the premises.
