Located on Ala Moana Blvd a short walk to the sand, this home offers central ac, smart tv, wifi, and cable. The Aqua Palms building includes a plunge pool, grilling area, fitness room and sun deck, paid laundry right in the middle of Waikiki’s shopping, eateries, activities and nightlife. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Hawaii Convention Center, and Fort DeRussy Beach Park.

This spacious hotel-style home features a lanai with a partial ocean view and sleeps 4. This unit is located on the 5th floor. (elevators available).

KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette area with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cups, cutlery and coffee mugs.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA The living/sleeping area has two full size beds (sleeps 2 each, sleeps 4 total), closet, smart tv, drawers, private lanai, and full bath with shower/tub. *Futon sofa recently added to living area that sleeps 2 small guests.

OUTDOOR AREAS includes 1 covered lanai with partial ocean views and 2 chairs and an outdoor table.

BUILDING AMENITIES on-site paid laundry (nominal fee), complimentary wifi and cable, ac, on-site assigned parking for ONE vehicle. Elevator access. Sundeck with grilling area, pool, ATM.

PARKING this property includes complimentary, assigned parking for 1 (one) vehicle at the attached garage.

LOCATION Located right on Ala Moana Blvd, this property is in walking distance to Hilton Hawaiian Bay, a protected bay ideal for families with young children that is great for swimming, paddle boarding and more. Kahanamoku Beach nearby is great for swimming, paddle boarding, surfing or enjoying a day at the beach. Also nearby are Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Hawaii Convention Center, and several shops, restaurants, bars, activities and more. Short distance from Iolani Palace, Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head State Monument.

The bathroom sink was clogged. This resulted in slow drainage. The problem existed when we first checked in. The problem was never resolved by the time we checked out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With 1 review I know better but the location was convenient since my family was staying at the Hilton. First night the sliding door wouldn’t close completely or lock. Front desk was more understanding than Vrbo or the 3rd party property management or their maintenance man. They wanted to wait til Monday with a gap where rodents or spiders could get in plus it didn’t lock. Hotel offered to rent me a room for $160. Maintenance hung up on me then called back to say I’d be refunded 1 night and they would fix it the next day, Saturday. It was fixed by the time I got back. Still no response regarding my refund. Mildew on the shower head. No caulk around the shower plate and it separates from the wall. Condensation yellow dripping stains under the AC. The room is a little dark so bring a travel vanity if you need light. The location is perfect for Waikiki beach. I used the free parking which was a great convenience. I didn’t get under the sheets cause the top sheet felt old and worn. Vrbo assured me I’d be safe and secured renting this property saying they were a very reputable property management company but in my experience they are unprofessional.
