About this property

This fun, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, urban cottage has everything you need for a get away to Hot Springs! Close to Oaklawn, Downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs, Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine and Lake Ouachita! The house has two fenced in yards for your fur babies to enjoy! There is outdoor seating with an area to enjoy a bonfire. We have plenty of parking!
The kitchen is fully stocked, all linens, towels and blankets provided. There is a long driveway with room to pull in a trailer or bikes.

Hot Springs has taxis and Uber for just a few dollars to down town.

There is a cute back yard to sit in and enjoy your coffee, nature and wildlife.
If you bring pets, there is an additional $25/pet/visit fee. Please leave pets in a kennel or in fenced in back yard when you're not at the property. Please pick up after your pets. No more than 2 pets allowed. Please keep pets off of all furniture.
There is no smoking inside of the home, but is allowed outside on the property. Please pick up after yourself.
If the stay is longer than 2 weeks, there is a mandatory inspection/cleaning scheduled at a time/date agreed upon by the guest and owner. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee for this visit.

Thanksgiving family meet up.

The host was great and responsive to messages. House was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The deciding factor for us was the fenced back yard which made staying with a dog so easy. Great location.

21st and 26th birthday celebration.

The neighborhood was kinda sketchy. Lots if road noise at all hours. Once we were in the home playing games and visiting it was great. We didn’t feel unsafe at any point. Much better than a hotel and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Thank you!
