Welcome to gorgeous sunrises overlooking the lake and coffee in the recliner next to the fireplace. Fishermen will enjoy pier/ lake access, an outside fillet table, and additional paid grass trailer parking available. In the warmer months, the .5-acre, flat gated yard is home to apple trees, raspberries, elderberries, wild grapes, rhubarb, asparagus, and of course all the fish you can catch year-round!!! Bring your boat and dock at our pier or use our shoreline for your ATV.

This property is a wonderful gem from the turn of the 19th century and has many food sources and a compost pile. The fenced in property is home to Apple trees, Rhubarb, Raspberries, wild grapes, and elderberries. A garden is soon part of the property's amenities.
