New, new, new by the Beach with Boat parking available! Renovated in June 2022! This 2 bedroom property has been recently remodeled and is ready for guests! All new furniture, appliances, AC units, paint, light fixtures, and more! Located less then a block from the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches! Have a boat? Boat parking is available on site with a public boat launch mins away! Sidewalks and walking paths from the property to the beach! As you step inside you will enjoy no carpet in the entire property and relaxing coastal colors. Downstairs boasts a dining room, living room, half bath, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include glass top stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and fridge (all NEW in June 2022). The living room features a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, loft area, full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms, dining room and living room have ceiling fans in addition to central AC (All new in June 2022).
Need additional room or want to vacation with family and friend? Ask us about adjoining unit availability. This building features multiple adjacent properties that are almost identical and we can accommodate large groups who would like to stay together in the same location.

Great Weekend Trip

We had a great stay. Clean, organized and well maintained, everything we needed for the few days stay was in place. It’s really close to the beach, pier and all the best restaurants and bars.

As stated in the overview of the condo, it was not the one pictured. The place was nice enough, but the floors were definitely NOT clean. No sooner than we took our shoes off, our feet were black on the bottoms. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood area was not very good. It was close to a lot of things and the walk to the beach was easy.

The unit needs an overhaul. There were a lot of remodel issues, such as the toilet not secure to the floor, no paper towels, not enough hand towels for bathrooms, leaks from the closet, missing tiles, door unable to lock most times, strong strong mold and mildew smell, mold coming out of the vent, etc. the host was gracious and let us check out late and was very communicative about it issues. The unit just needs to be inspected and brought back up to a better standard. The beaches are phenomenal but the property is not beachfront.

Nice but, NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING

The place is nice and conveniently located to the beach, about a block to the public beach access and the beds were comfortable. We arrived early and did not know how to access the beach because it is not clearly marked. If you walk out to the main road and turn left there is a crosswalk -right after you cross the public beach access is there, it just is not clearly marked. The main bathroom upstairs had gnats in it when were there and there is a lot of black mold around the tub and in the grout. Also, the exhaust fan in that bathroom does not turn on. When I opened the empty dishwasher to load dishes it smelled awful and when sitting on the couch you clearly see that under the dresser in the living room has not been swept. If those things are addressed I would recommend his place.
