Great location , terrible experience
Great location , Nice facility , BUT Called host night before check in to get procedure. Host said I would get it next morning. Next morning came and went. Contacted the host several times with no response. Eventually got check info around 4:00 . Had trouble with the key. Unit is furnished with older uncomfortable furniture. No trash can in the kitchen. Eventually found it in the furnace room. Kitchen with very basic items. Would be nice if the host supplied basics like salt and pepper and sugar. Shower heads are horrible and should be replaced. Every rugs are a trip hazard. 4 tv’s in the unit. When we arrived there were 6 remotes in one pile in the living room. Took quite a while to sort out what went where.Got locked out of the Condo as key did not work,contac th received no reply. Eventually called a locksmith at a cost of 85 to me. We had a 4 night stay. Only on set of bath towels. Pool is off site and no mentioned anywhere. Eventually found an extre key and passes to the pool. This should be noted on the website. No welcome letters from the host informing guests of anything. You need several codes to get into the property. Confusing!! As information I sent this email to the host before I posted this. I requested one night refund and 85 for the locksmith.They offered one night free on my next visit. I declined and the host offered no other resolution. I am a professional and not one to complain but this condo was in my opinion sustandard and the host was inattentive.
