Overall, it was an okay to good listing. Kitchen needs attention. Useless utensils and kitchen supplies, not enough silverware, dirty and broken utensils in drawers, kitchen supplies scattered everywhere, some supplies needed not provided, dirty hot tub, linen closet disorganized, hard to find needed sheets for air mattress and fold out couch, drawers in regular bathrooms hard to open, master shower needs maintenance, someone needs to go through the house and provide maintenance and upgrades. Convenient location to shops, restaurants and parks. Front lawn needs to be moved. Welcome book needs a refresh.

We were surprised by this review, as it doesn't reflect the overwhelmingly positive feedback we've received from other guests on both VRBO and Airbnb. We always address issues immediately when guests let us know during their stay — we wish you had reached out so we could have fixed things in real time rather than after the fact. We do stay on top of maintenance and upkeep and do not feel this review is an accurate reflection of our home.

This was a terrific house! It had 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, and a 4th area that could be used as a bedroom. The common space was huge indoors with a large sectional in the living room, open to the kitchen and an additional smaller area with a couch. The outdoor area was also huge, with a big backyard, hot tub and a large covered area with 3 areas to hang out.

4.5 stars. Home is spacious, clean, & very comfortable. Backyard & patio deck are beautiful. The hot tub was well maintained & very nice for relaxing after very long days of walking. Just a couple minor things that I feel can be improved upon: the kitchen is not well stocked. There are plenty of plates, cups, & eating utensils. But, cookware, cooking utensils, & small appliances are very limited. We had to use all four small pots to cook spaghetti & sauce, the colander was cracked, & had to use basic eating utensils for stirring, etc. Kitchen floors are slightly slanted. We couldn't get the fan/light in master bedroom to work (but that could just be a battery issue & we didn't have time to go buy any). The door to outside in the master bedroom is extremely tricky to open, so we just didn't use it. We also needed to pick up handsoap (for 1 bathroom & kitchen), washcloths (as we could only find 2), paper towels, & dish sponges.The beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean, & the host was responsive to questions & concerns. I realize hosts don't have to fully stock kitchens/homes, but it is nice when pretty much anything you might need is readily available. My previous experiences have always had very well stocked kitchens. Regardless, it's a nice home (front yard view is deceiving, but once you walk through the front door, the inside & back yard are nice). I would recommend it to others. Maybe just bring along things you might really need to use in the kitchen.

Relaxing!

Great place to stay with family! We were 2 families and it was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the backyard and so much room for the kids to run around in! Very relaxing and clean as well.

Very nice place. The kids loved the yard. It was also very close to what we wanted to do.

The house had plenty of room for all of us, plus the little one was able to walk around with no problem. Quiet neighborhood. Was able to park both vehicles. Overall, nice place to stay for a family of eight!
