Nice property, less than ideal location

The size and interior space was nice and well-appointed, with nice mattresses, a good kitchen and bathrooms, etc. However, the location is pretty sketchy; we actually saw a "dumpster diver" about five feet from the gated entrance one evening. It was a good, short distance to the event we traveled to AZ for, and the city of Tempe is fun. We wish there had been sun in the courtyard, but perhaps there is more at a different time of year. Overall the interior is very nice, just wish it was located somewhere else.
