A great stay in a perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants, go karts, water park, etc. The beach is a short walk across the street and the condo is stocked with beach chairs, and beach accessories for use at the beach. We enjoyed our autumn stay.

The location of the condo is right across the street from the beach. It’s convenient to restaurants and beach shops. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Communication was great as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Kylie was an incredible host. Any questions we had leading up to our stay were answered quickly, and she was even kind enough to give us some "things to do/see in the area" recommendations. I am originally from the United Kingdom but now live in Tennessee. I love being outdoors and being active. I have 3 children and we love to swim, ride bikes, hike, play soccer, run races or anything that keeps us moving. I enjoy sharing our vacation home with other people and hope that everyone can enjoy the beach as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The first time we came to Maravilla we fell in love. It was my favorite of any vacation rental I had been in. The amenities were perfect for my family. At the end of a long beach day, I could sit in the hot tub while the kids swam in the pool. There was a gym for my husband to use and beautiful bike path for running/walking. We loved how easy it was to get the three kids to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Maravilla has one of the biggest private beaches of any properties so the beach never feels overcrowded. No high-rise buildings close means the views along scenic parkway are perfect during a morning stroll. The location is perfect with only short walk to Pompano Joes or short drive to shopping and all the Destin has to offer.
